Pre-purchase parking at ubsarena.com. Walk-up availability is very limited.
Rideshare drop-off is in a designated area off Hempstead Turnpike. Post-game pickup is slow. Walk away from the crowds.
The lots are well-managed but exit takes 20-30 minutes after sellout games.
Hempstead Turnpike and Cross Island Parkway can be gridlocked on game nights. Budget extra drive time.
Take the LIRR. The dedicated station is the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to get to UBS Arena.

Parking Rules

Your Pass
- Parking opens two hours before doors and closes 90 minutes after the event, unless otherwise stated.
- Each lot has its own Cross Island Parkway exit: Emerald from Exit 26D, Belmont Park Garage from Exit 26A, and Silver, Diamond and Ruby from Exit 26B onto Hempstead Turnpike East. All are car access only.
- For concerts, prices rise $5 to $10 if bought at the arena lots rather than in advance through Ticketmaster.
- Tailgating is prohibited at UBS Arena under the lease with Empire State Development.
Not Allowed In
- Limousines, buses, taxis, black car services and rideshare drop-offs and pickups may not occupy lined parking spaces.
- Oversized vehicles need advance purchase and cannot simply arrive.
Accessible Parking
Accessible spaces are counted per lot and backed by on-demand van service, and a valid permit or plate is required to use them.
- Emerald has 36 accessible spaces with access aisles, plus shuttle vans and buses.
- Silver has 28 accessible spaces with access aisles and dedicated accessible vans for on-demand service.
- Diamond has 28 accessible spaces with access aisles and ADA-accessible vans.
- Belmont Park Garage has accessible spaces with access aisles; the count is not published.
- All guests parking in accessible spots must have a valid disabled parking permit and/or plate on the vehicle.

RV Parking
Oversized vehicles must be arranged three days ahead and follow a specific route in — they drop guests before parking, rather than parking and walking.
- Advance purchase is required, arranged by email at least 72 hours before the event.
- The vehicle enters at Gate 5 Road off Hempstead Turnpike and drops guests in the Silver C lot before proceeding to the designated parking area.
Bus & Limo Parking
Buses and limousines cannot use ordinary spaces at all, and follow the oversized-vehicle process instead.
- Limousines, buses, taxis, black car services and rideshare may not occupy lined parking spaces.
- Buses follow the oversized-vehicle process: 72 hours' notice by email, entry at Gate 5 Road off Hempstead Turnpike, guest drop-off in Silver C.
