Our Mission

VisitYourTeam helps sports fans plan the perfect game day experience. We cover every NFL stadium, NBA arena, NHL arena, and MLB ballpark - 124 venues across four professional leagues - with real cost data, honest pricing breakdowns, and insider tips from fans who've been there.

Our goal is simple: give you everything you need to know before you go, so you can spend less time researching and more time enjoying the game.

Data Sources & Methodology

All pricing data reflects estimated costs and is compiled from publicly available sources. Prices are estimates and may not reflect current pricing at any venue. We are actively working to verify and update all data.

  • Ticket prices - estimated from average resale market prices across major ticket platforms (SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats) for regular-season games. These are not face-value prices and fluctuate by game and opponent.
  • Parking costs - sourced from official venue parking pages where available, supplemented by fan reports and third-party parking apps. Parking prices are among the most stable and verifiable data points.
  • Food & drink prices - estimated from publicly available concession menu data, fan-submitted reports, and published media coverage. Most venues do not publish concession prices online, so these estimates may be off by $1–3 per item. We are working to verify these team by team.
  • Venue facts - capacity, year opened, surface type, and roof type sourced from official team and league records, cross-referenced with Wikipedia.
  • Weather data - historical averages for each venue's location during the corresponding sport's season months.

Prices represent estimated per-person costs for a typical game day experience, not the cheapest possible outing or the most expensive. We aim for the realistic middle - what a regular fan actually spends. If you find a price that's wrong, please use the “See something inaccurate?” link on any team page to let us know.

How We Rank Venues

Our ranking pages use a straightforward methodology: total estimated game day cost is the sum of average ticket price + cheapest available parking + average food and drink spending per person. Rankings are recalculated whenever pricing data is updated.

Data Freshness

Each team page displays a “Data updated” badge showing which season the information reflects. We review and update all 124 team data files at the start of each season. If you spot outdated information, we appreciate corrections - accuracy is our highest priority.

Community Tips

Fans can share their own tips on any team's sub-pages. All tips are reviewed before publishing to ensure quality and accuracy. The best game day advice often comes from locals who attend games regularly.
