Tips & Fan Reports
What fans who park here actually do, and what it cost them.
Don't worry about parking before the game - that is the easy part. Get there at least 45 minutes early, have $30 ready (plastic only), and park at PNC. Trinity Rd lots are $20 if you don't mind a short walk.
Tailgating is actively encouraged in the main lots. Bring a grill, cooler, and cornhole set.
Lenovo Center parking is plentiful and relatively cheap by NHL standards, $25 gets you right next to the building.
Rideshare pickup is in a designated area off Edwards Mill Road. Follow the signs after the game.
Pre-purchase for playoffs at canes.com, lots can sell out for postseason games.
The lots drain well even after rain, but bring boots if it's been a heavy storm week.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.
- Parking prices
A correction. The News & Observer, citing Lenovo Center's own website: 'Regular season parking starts at $27 for cars and $100 for buses and RVs.' The stored $25 predates the current rate. The $95 on-site figure in the same evidence file is Stanley Cup Final pricing, not a regular-season rate. Fairgrounds figure not re-checked.
- Parking guidance
Official Lenovo Center parking guide, read 2026-08-14: the general-parking approach off Edwards Mill Road or Blue Ridge Road, the separate VIP and Premier route via Wade Avenue Exit 289 and Gates D and F, the pass display rule, the charcoal and wood ban, and three maps including one for when the lots reach capacity. Per-lot rates, hours, ADA rules, RV and bus policy and road closures are not published.
