- The arena is at One Seymour H. Knox III Plaza. From the north on I-190 south, take Exit 5 for Louisiana Street, turn left at the bottom and then onto Perry Street at the first light or South Park Avenue at the second — the arena is straight ahead, with parking just past Michigan. Or take Exit 6 for Elm Street, bear left to the ramp, right onto Seneca Street, right onto Michigan Street over the bridge, then right onto Perry Street. From the south, east or west, take I-90, the Thruway, to Exit 53 for I-190 north, then either Exit 5 for Hamburg Street, right onto Hamburg and right onto Perry at the first light, or Exit 6 for Elm Street and the same Seneca-Michigan-Perry route.
- Public Transit
- NFTA's Metro Rail Rapid Transit System runs through the centre of downtown Buffalo and is free above ground; charges apply below ground, and the operator publishes where. The arena names no individual station or stop, so check nfta.com for that leg.
- Rideshare
- Uber/Lyft drop-off is on Main Street near the arena entrance. Post-game pickup is on Perry Street. Minimal surge pricing in Buffalo, rides are affordable.
