KeyBank Center sits on Buffalo's revitalized waterfront at Canalside, right at the southern end of the Metro Rail line. The free downtown Metro Rail zone makes transit the easiest option for anyone staying in the city center. If driving, the arena is easy to reach from the I-190 expressway, and parking is plentiful and cheap by NHL standards. Buffalo's compact downtown means most hotels are within walking distance.
