KeyBank Center numbers by Aisle, not Section — the arena guide places Guest Services on the "100 Level (between Aisles 7 and 8)" and "300 Level (between Aisles 13 and 14)", and the Top Dog stands "on the 100 Level near Aisle 20 or the 300 Level near Aisle 2". Your ticket says Aisle, which catches out anyone arriving from an arena that says Section. Everything hangs off the Pavilion, the street-level concourse holding the ticket windows, Account Services and the Sabres Store in its west end. Escalators at each end of the Pavilion carry you to the 100 Level, its food courts, the Labatt Blue Zone and the 1970 Club; from there express escalators run straight to the 300 Level, skipping 200 entirely, because the 200 Level is the KeyBank Club and at Sabres games it is closed to everyone but Suiteholders and 200 Club Seat holders. The building is cashless throughout.
Tips & Fan Reports
I like the uppermost row of the 100s on the side where the Sabres shoot twice. Great view of the ice and you are close to concessions. Union Pub nearby has good wings and decent prices before the game.
If you need a lift to the 300 Level, use the elevator in the Pavilion — the one by the Security Office does not stop there.
Bags, backpacks and purses are prohibited; only clutches no larger than 4 x 6 x 1.5 inches are permitted.
Read your ticket for an Aisle number, not a Section number — KeyBank Center numbers its seating by aisle throughout.
The arena is cashless. Bring a card.

Glass Seats (100 Level)

- The only seats where the skaters are physically at your eye line
- Hits on the near boards land directly in front of you
Cons
- You follow less of the game than from anywhere else in the building
- The arena guide is explicit that the "mouseholes" in the glass may not be used for photographs
100 Level Sideline
$95 - $190The lower bowl along the boards, high enough to see over the glass and across both blue lines.
Pros
- The best all-round hockey sightline at KeyBank Center
- Opens onto the 100 Level concourse with the food courts and the Labatt Blue Zone, which overlooks the Pavilion
Cons
- The dearest seats outside the glass and the club
- The 100 Level concourse is the busiest in the building — it is the level every Pavilion escalator arrives on
100 Level Ends

- Not restricted at Bandits lacrosse games, which is a different building to walk
300 Level Centre Ice

- Express escalators run here directly from the 100 Level

- A long way from the ice in a building with a steep upper deck

300 Level Ends
