What to Expect
Amerant Bank Arena sits in the Sawgrass entertainment district in Sunrise, a western suburb of Fort Lauderdale. The arena is surrounded by parking lots and the massive Sawgrass Mills outlet mall. It's a drive-to destination, not a walkable downtown experience. The Panthers' fan culture has exploded since the 2024 Stanley Cup championship, and what was once a sleepy suburban arena now fills with passionate fans in red. South Florida weather means even January games feel tropical outside. Plan to arrive 60 minutes early, parking is easy but the concourse is worth exploring.

Tips & Fan Reports
Feel free to wear all of your team swag. Florida fans are friendly. If you are getting food, look for the sign with the QR code or go to the arena website to order ahead.
Check out the nearby botanical gardens - they have actual Florida Panthers there. Worth the visit if you have extra time. The arena itself is in Sunrise so it is a bit of a drive from Fort Lauderdale beach.
Best way from Las Olas Beach area is to drive or Uber to the arena. There is no real public transit option. Budget about 20-25 minutes depending on I-595 traffic.
Coming down the Sawgrass via Oakland Park Boulevard puts you at Gate 3, half a mile along Panther Parkway.
For hockey the club level and the upper ring both show you more of the game than the glass does.
Of the three named spaces, only the Dialpad Club Level is described in terms of its view of the ice. The Corona Beach House is pitched on food and networking, so treat it as a room rather than a seat.
Pat Salerno Drive off the Sawgrass Expressway runs directly into the arena at Gate 1 or 2 — the shortest approach published.
Lyft pick-up is at Gate 3.
Club parking requires staying centre on Panther Parkway past Gate 7 before merging left for Gate 6.
Nothing on the arena's page covers buses, so plan a car-free trip from the transit operator's map.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.

Not yet checked against a published source
These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
- Ticket prices — Secondary market averages (SeatGeek/StubHub)
- Parking prices — Never checked against a single published rate: the venue's parking page, read 2026-09-05, prices A and D Lot general parking at the gate as a range, $40-$50 plus tax, and publishes no prepaid rate; the arena-lot figure is an estimate at the floor of that range and the Sawgrass Mills figure is unpriced by the venue. The 2026-07-27 figures were compiled from third-party listings (was: "Amerant Bank Arena 2026: A and D Lots $40 plus tax at the gate, $20-$30 prepaid; free Sawgrass Mills overflow with a 12-15 minute shuttle").
