Amerant Bank Arena has upgraded its food offerings significantly since the Panthers' Stanley Cup run. South Florida flavors, Cuban sandwiches, fish tacos, tropical frozen drinks, mix with standard arena fare. The arena pricing is mid-range by NHL standards. The surrounding Sawgrass area has chain restaurants for pregame dining, but the real South Florida food scene is in Fort Lauderdale proper. Florida's craft brewery scene is represented with local taps.
