What to Expect
TD Garden sits atop North Station in downtown Boston, surrounded by the pubs of the West End and the Italian restaurants of the North End. The Bruins pregame scene is the bars along Canal and Causeway streets, no parking lot tailgating, just packed sports bars full of black-and-gold jerseys. Plan to arrive 60-90 minutes early. The arena runs cold near the ice, which adds to the hockey atmosphere. Games run about 2.5 hours in regulation, longer if overtime or a shootout pushes it past midnight.

Front row balcony for the best seats on a decent budget. Anything closer to center ice is going to be better for seeing both sides. Sit at least 10 rows up from the ice in loge since anything lower distorts the view through the glass.
Loge rows 22-24 in the end zone or corners where the Bruins shoot in periods 1 and 3 are my favorite seats. Great proximity to the action and you can see goals go in up close.
Eat before you get there and get a few drinks in you beforehand because everything at the Garden is expensive. Not as bad as Fenway but not cheap. The atmosphere for a Bruins game is worth every penny though.
Every driving route converges on Exit 26 and Nashua Street.
No re-entry at all, so anything you want from the car has to come in with you the first time.
The Back Row Bar on Level 8 sits right behind the last row of the Balcony.
General doors open only an hour before the game, so the hour before that is spent in the neighbourhood rather than in the building unless you are a member.
From Logan it is the Blue Line inbound four stops, then the Green Line eastbound two.
From the Red Line change at Park Street (three stops on the Green eastbound); from the Blue, at Government Center (two stops).
The passageway under Causeway Street links commuter rail to the subway without going outside.

The stored $65 is confirmed and does not move. Applied to carry it onto the parking page's lot list, which showed $50 for the same garage — a figure neither the venue nor the club publishes.
