Target Field celebrates Minnesota food culture with the state's own vendors behind the counters: Kramarczuk's sausages from Northeast Minneapolis, Murray's steak sandwiches, Red Cow's 60/40 sliders, Yia Vang's Union Hmong Kitchen, Pizza Lucé, and the vegan Herbivorous Butcher. The walleye lives on as Hrbek's Northwood Walleye Slider, cheese curds are everywhere, and — rare for MLB — the club publishes its concession prices, including a value menu that runs $2.49 sodas to $5.99 beers. MLB's greenest ballpark composts or recycles nearly everything it serves.
Tips & Fan Reports
Target Field allows outside food so get a pizza and bring it in. Park at the Mall of America and take the light rail to Target Field. Every train will be full of Twins fans and it is very safe.
Get the giant cheese curds and the My First Twins Game personalized poster in the right field plaza at the service booth. Great keepsake especially for kids attending their first game.
The Twins publish their concession prices — rare for MLB — and the value menu runs $2.49 fountain sodas to $5.99 beers at Sections 120, 133, 311 and 323.
Tater tot nachos at Hrbek's (Section 114) are the 2026 spin on Minnesota's tot obsession.
Target Field's local bench is deep: Murray's steak sandwich at Truly on Deck, Red Cow's 60/40 bacon sliders at 126, Yia Vang's Union Hmong Kitchen, and Hot Indian at 120.
Walleye on a stick is retired — the walleye lives on as the Northwood Walleye Slider at Hrbek's (Section 114), still a Minnesota thing.
Fulton Brewing across the street has better beer prices than inside. Have a few before entering.
Kramarczuk's sausage inside the park is the same recipe as the legendary NE Minneapolis deli. Get one with sauerkraut.
