- Bag policy
Target Field permits single-compartment bags up to 16 x 16 x 8 inches.

What the day looks like at Target Field, hour by hour.
Arrive in the North Loop
Take the light rail to Target Field Station or drive to one of the downtown ramps. The North Loop neighborhood has breweries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
Pregame at Fulton Brewing or Freehouse
Fulton Brewing's taproom is across the street from the ballpark. The Freehouse is a 5-minute walk with craft beer, food, and a pregame buzz.
Enter Target Field
Walk through the limestone gates. The plaza behind home plate has the Twins' greatest players honored in bronze. Explore the concourses and grab a walleye on a stick.
Watch batting practice
Head to the Home Run Porch in left field or the lower outfield sections. Target Field's open design makes BP fun from many vantage points.
Find your seat
Settle in and enjoy the Minneapolis skyline beyond right field. Target Field's open-air atmosphere is a dramatic upgrade from the old Metrodome.
Play ball
Nine innings of outdoor baseball in Minneapolis. The natural grass field and open sky are a welcome change after 28 years under the Metrodome's Teflon roof.
Stand up and stretch
The crowd sings 'Take Me Out to the Ball Game.' Grab a final Kramarczuk's sausage or Surly beer before the late innings.
North Loop nightlife
The North Loop bars and restaurants stay open late. Or hop the light rail to Northeast Minneapolis for more brewery options.

Take the Metro light rail. Target Field Station is literally at the front door of the ballpark. No need to drive.

The Twins have a beer-and-a-brat deal that's one of the best values in MLB concessions.
Fulton Brewing's taproom across the street is the pregame spot. Cold beer, food trucks, and a view of fans streaming to the gates.
Target Field is one of the few open-air ballparks in a cold climate. Late April and early May games can be frigid - dress warm.
Walleye on a stick is the signature Minnesota ballpark food, battered and fried walleye, a Great Lakes fish you won't find at other MLB parks.
