Tips & Fan Reports
What fans who park here actually do, and what it cost them.
Z Lot parking is solid. Grab a slice from Mootz next door then hit Huddle for ice cream. The exit from Z Lot is probably the fastest leaving-an-event experience I have had in Detroit.
Official lots fill early for weekend games. Pre-book online.
If Lions aren't playing, Ford Field garages offer close, affordable parking.
The QLine has a stop at Comerica Park. Park in Midtown and ride in.
Rideshare drop-off on Montcalm Street. Post-game is smooth.
Greektown garages are the best value at $10, combine with pregame Greek dining.

- Every location is credit card only.
- There are no in/out privileges and no overnight parking.
- The garages serving the ballpark are the Comerica, McLaren, Tigers, Temple West, Trinity Health and UWM garages, all run by Olympia in The District Detroit.
Not Allowed In
- Oversized vehicles are not permitted in the garages.
Accessible Parking
Three facilities sit closest to the ballpark for accessible parking, and none of them hold spaces back — it is first come, first served, so arrive early or call ahead.
- The 61 E. Elizabeth Lot, the Tigers Garage and the McLaren Garage offer the closest accessible parking to Comerica Park.
- Accessible parking is allocated first come, first served.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.
- Parking guidance
313 Presents, the venue operator's site for Comerica Park: opening and closing times, credit-card-only and no-in-and-out rules, the oversized-vehicle ban with the charter bus street, accessible garages, and Olympia Parking's line.
- Venue policies
Current Tigers Comerica Park, accessibility, family, security, food, parking, and mobile-ticket guidance reviewed for entry, family, payment, food, parking, and accessibility rules.
Not yet checked against a published source
These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
- Parking prices — Never checked against a published rate: the venue's parking page, read 2026-09-05, publishes none — the page recommends reserving in advance and prices nothing. The 2026-07-26 figures were compiled from third-party listings (was: "Comerica Park 2026: official stadium lots and surrounding garages $15-$30, prepaid online").
