The Chronology
Your complete game day timeline at Globe Life Field.
Arrive at the Entertainment District
Head to the Arlington Entertainment District for pregame. Texas Live! is the hub — multiple bars and restaurants in one complex directly across from the ballpark.
Texas Live! pregame
PBR Texas, Troy's, and Guy Fieri's Taco Joint fill with Rangers fans. Cold beer and Tex-Mex fuel the pregame scene.
Enter Globe Life Field
Walk through the main entrance on Randol Mill Road. The retractable roof status is announced on the Rangers app — it's usually closed from May through September.
Watch batting practice and explore
Walk the concourse — Globe Life Field is modern with wide open spaces. The left-field porch is a good spot for BP homers.
Grab food and find your seat
The brisket sandwich and Boomstick are the signature items. Lines build fast — go now or during BP.
Play ball
Nine innings of climate-controlled baseball. The retractable roof keeps it around 72°F inside even when it's 100°F outside.
Deep in the Heart of Texas
The crowd sings 'Deep in the Heart of Texas' — clap along. Grab a final round before the late innings.
Head back to Texas Live!
Walk across to Texas Live! for postgame drinks or head to your car. The lots clear in 20-30 minutes.
Atmosphere Intelligence
The retractable roof may be open or closed -- check the forecast and dress in layers.
