What to Expect
Globe Life Field is in the Arlington Entertainment District, sandwiched between AT&T Stadium (Cowboys) and Texas Live!, a massive bar and restaurant complex. The park opened in 2020 with a retractable roof designed to beat the brutal Texas heat, a game-changer after decades at the old open-air ballpark across the street. The 2023 World Series was played here. The Boomstick (a 2-foot-long hot dog) is the signature food item. Arlington sits between Dallas and Fort Worth with no direct public transit, so driving is the reality for most fans.

Tips & Fan Reports
The best food deal in the park is the brisket nachos behind first base at the Sweet Baby Ray's stand. Easily the most food of any item and legitimately good barbecue for a stadium.
Globe Life Field is climate-controlled so don't worry about the Texas heat. The stadium is amazing and every seat has a good view. Get there early to walk around and take in the sights.
Check out the first-timer program at the Guest Services booth. They give you a pin and certificate. Fun keepsake especially if you are doing a ballpark tour visiting all 30 stadiums.
Five lounges serve premium ticket holders: the Lexus Home Plate Club, the Evan Williams First Base Lounge, the Germania Third Base Lounge, the Balcones Speakeasy and the StubHub Club.
Lots open 2.5 hours before night games and 2 hours before day games, with entries opening 2 hours before either.
Set up on the grass, not in your bay. Globe Life is explicit that parking spaces hold vehicles and nothing else.
Every lot is cashless and passes are held in the MLB Ballpark app.
The window runs to the end of the second inning, so there is no rush to be seated for first pitch.
No in-and-out, no refunds — once you are parked, you are parked.
Lots A, B and T permit no tailgating at all, so check the letter before buying.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.
- Venue facts
Wikipedia / Official Venue Page
- Parking prices
Verified in July against the official Globe Life Field parking page, which then listed regular-season parking from $25 (Lots M and N) to $55 (Lots B and V), fully cashless. That page has since been taken down and now 404s; the surviving parking page publishes no rates at all, saying only that passes live in the MLB Ballpark app or are bought at the lot entry. $25 stands as the only sourced figure and is carried onto the lot list, which had said $20 with no source. Re-checked 2026-08-15 and needs a live per-game listing to confirm.
- Drink prices
Parking: official Globe Life Field page, regular-season parking $25 (Lots M and N) to $55 (Lots B and V), fully cashless; stored figure matches the stated cheapest official lot. Drinks: CW33 puts two 16-ounce pours at $23.14, i.e. $11.57 each, against a stored $12 — the same unit this data set defines, within rounding. Overflow parking and the non-beer drink figures were not re-checked.
- Venue policies
Current Rangers ballpark, accessibility, and digital-ticket guidance reviewed for entry, family, payment, food, parking, and accessibility rules.

These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
