Know Before You Go

- Bag policy
Permitted bags are clear bags no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches, one-gallon clear zip-top bags, and clutches or fanny packs no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches.

- Medically necessary items and single-compartment diaper bags with the child present are exceptions; backpacks, multi-compartment bags, duffels, and larger purses are prohibited.

Guests generally may not re-enter T-Mobile Park after leaving.

- Prohibited items
T-Mobile Park prohibits alcohol, non-alcoholic beer, metal and glass containers, weapons, ammunition, fireworks, drones, illegal substances, aerosol containers, and other listed items.

- Hard coolers, luggage, duffels, noisemakers, laser pointers, large camera equipment, tripods, bats, inflatables, skateboards, roller skates, and chairs containing metal are also prohibited; review the full official list before arrival.

First Aid Stations staffed by Seattle Fire Department medics are near Sections 128 and 329.

- Nursing and lactation
A Nursing Lounge is next to the Section 128 Guest Service Center, and a private room is available on request near Section 329.

- Family restrooms
Accessible all-gender restrooms are near Sections 105, 120, 234, 319, 327, and 333.

Explore Pioneer Square
Head to Seattle's oldest neighborhood for pregame drinks at Sluggers or Pyramid Alehouse. The cobblestone streets and brick buildings set a great atmosphere.
Walk through SoDo
The walk south from Pioneer Square takes you past food trucks and the growing SoDo brewery scene. Georgetown Brewing is worth a stop.
Enter and grab garlic fries
The garlic fries are a T-Mobile Park institution. Get them early before the lines build. Head to the main concourse behind home plate.
Watch batting practice
Head to the left-field stands for BP. The retractable roof will be open or closed. Check the Mariners app for the call.
Find your seat and enjoy the view
On clear days, the view from the upper deck includes the downtown skyline, Puget Sound, and Mount Rainier. Even the roof-closed view is impressive.
Play ball
Nine innings of Mariners baseball. The roof keeps the rain out and the atmosphere in. The Pen gets loud when the team rallies.
Stretch and sing
The crowd sings 'Take Me Out to the Ball Game.' Grab a final round of Ivar's or a craft beer before the late innings.
Head to Pioneer Square or SoDo
Walk north to Pioneer Square bars or south to the SoDo breweries. The Link Light Rail runs late. Take it from Stadium station.
Tips & Fan Reports
Take the Link Light Rail, Stadium station is directly behind center field. Two minutes to the gates.
Link Light Rail to Stadium station is the easiest way in. Connects directly from SeaTac Airport.
Garlic fries are the iconic T-Mobile Park food. Get them in the first inning or during BP to avoid peak lines.
The retractable roof stays closed for rain (frequent) but opens on dry days, Seattle summers are gorgeous when the sun comes out.
The view of the Seattle skyline and Puget Sound from the upper deck is one of the best in baseball.
Pioneer Square (5 min walk) has Seattle's best pregame bars. Pyramid Alehouse and Slugger's are fan favorites.
Weather
T-Mobile Park has a retractable roof, so these are the conditions for the walk in and the pregame, and the roof decides the rest.
Across the MLB season the warmest month is July, with an average high of 77°F, and the coldest is April, when the average low is 44°F. October is the wettest month at 3.5 inches and July the driest at 0.6 inches.
That April low ranks 13th coldest of the 30 MLB venues, and October here ranks 22nd wettest.
