T-Mobile Park seats 47,929 across three main levels with a retractable roof that keeps the rain out while preserving sightlines of the Seattle skyline. On clear days, you can see Mount Rainier from the upper deck — one of the best views in baseball. The park has excellent sightlines throughout, with the lower bowl offering close-up action and the View Level providing panoramic vistas. The Pen above the right-field bullpen is the social hub of the park.

  • Premium pricing for behind-home-plate sections
  • Can be cool in the shade on evening games
  • Some baseline sections have angled views

Field Level (100-Level Outfield)

Lower bowl outfield seats from the foul poles to center field. Great for catching home runs.

  • More affordable than infield lower bowl
  • Close to the bullpens and The Pen social area
  • Home run ball territory

  • Angled view of home plate from the corners
  • Full sun exposure when the roof is open
  • Farther from main concessions

Club Level (200-Level)

Mid-level premium seats with wider spacing and access to the climate-controlled club lounge.

  • Wider seats with extra legroom
  • Protected from weather regardless of roof status

  • Highest price tier outside of the Diamond Club
  • Club lounge can feel detached from the game atmosphere

Upper deck with panoramic views of the field, downtown Seattle skyline, Puget Sound, and Mount Rainier on clear days.
