Tips & Fan Reports
What fans who park here actually do, and what it cost them.
If driving, pre-book through SpotHero. Walk-up rates spike $10-15 on weekend and rivalry games.
Rideshare drop-off on Edgar Martinez Drive. Post-game pickup is better from 1st Avenue South to avoid the stadium traffic.
Pioneer Square parking is the best value if you want pregame bars + a pleasant walk to the game.
SoDo traffic is brutal post-game. I-5 and I-90 approaches back up for 30+ minutes. Budget extra time or wait it out at a bar.
Take the Link Light Rail. Stadium station is literally behind center field, 2 minutes to the gates, $3 each way.

Parking Rules
What the pass covers, what gets turned away, and the lots that run on their own rules.
Your Pass
- The garage opens three hours before game time. It is covered, with attendants on hand.
- A sky bridge runs from the garage to the Suite Level and Terrace Club.
- Motorcycles get a discounted drive-up rate but cannot pre-purchase. Each machine needs its own pass, and no more than two share a stall.
- Bicycle parking is available both inside and outside the Mariners Garage.
- Plenty of garages and lots sit in the central business district north of the ballpark at reasonable evening and weekend rates. Their entrances are mostly on the east-west streets, which is worth knowing before you pick a direction to search from.
- Several on-street curb locations are closed to parking or stopping before, during and after games. Read the posted signs — the Seattle Police Department tows immediately.
Not Allowed In
- The Mariners Garage has a height limit of 7 feet 0 inches.
Bus & Limo Parking
Charter buses park in the Mariners Garage, but only by reservation, and the lead time is longer than most venues ask for.
- Charter bus parking is by reservation only, arranged on 206-346-4001 at least 10 business days before the game.
- Day-of-game bus parking is possible only if space happens to exist.
Seattle Mariners Car Gear
Window flags, plate frames, and decals to fly Seattle Mariners colors in the lot.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.
- Parking guidance
Official Mariners parking page read through a browser: the Mariners Garage address and approach, opening time, height limit, charter bus reservation terms, motorcycle and bicycle provision, and the on-street towing warning.
- Venue policies
T-Mobile Park policy, accessibility, family, payment, parking, food, and mobile-ticket guidance reviewed for entry, family, payment, food, and accessibility rules.
Not yet checked against a published source
These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
- Parking prices — Never checked against a published rate: the venue's parking page, read 2026-09-05, publishes none — the garage opens three hours before game time and the page prices nothing. The 2026-07-26 figures were compiled from third-party listings (was: "T-Mobile Park 2026: Mariners Garage, the official on-site option, $20-$50 day-of-game; no pre-purchase available; off-site lots cheaper").
