What fans who park here actually do, and what it cost them.
If you can get a place within walking distance of T-Mobile Park it will be a much better experience. Traffic gets pretty bad around game time. The Silver Cloud hotel across the street is supposed to be the best option.
Link's Stadium and International District/Chinatown stations are both a short walk; the fare is $3.
Link runs postgame until 1am every day. Extra innings will not strand you.
The 2 Line connects at International District/Chinatown from 28 March 2026, which makes this a viable trip from the Eastside.

I-5, I-90 and SR-99 all run within half a mile of the ballpark.
Pick your motorway exit by where you are parking, not by the direction you arrive from; the Mariners list them that way deliberately.

The Mariners Garage sits right next door to the ballpark, just across Edgar Martinez Drive S to the south, and works from any direction, via I-5, SR 99 or First Avenue.
Mariners Garage is covered and opens three hours before games, with a skybridge to the Suite Level and Terrace Club.

SoDo / Pioneer Square Lots

Parking Rules
What the pass covers, what gets turned away, and the lots that run on their own rules.
Your Pass
- The garage opens three hours before game time. It is covered, with attendants on hand.
- A sky bridge runs from the garage to the Suite Level and Terrace Club.
- Motorcycles get a discounted drive-up rate but cannot pre-purchase. Each machine needs its own pass, and no more than two share a stall.
- Bicycle parking is available both inside and outside the Mariners Garage.
- Plenty of garages and lots sit in the central business district north of the ballpark at reasonable evening and weekend rates. Their entrances are mostly on the east-west streets, which is worth knowing before you pick a direction to search from.
- Several on-street curb locations are closed to parking or stopping before, during and after games. Read the posted signs. The Seattle Police Department tows immediately.
Not Allowed In
- The Mariners Garage has a height limit of 7 feet 0 inches.
Bus & Limo Parking
Charter buses park in the Mariners Garage, but only by reservation, and the lead time is longer than most venues ask for.
- Charter bus parking is by reservation only, arranged on 206-346-4001 at least 10 business days before the game.
- Day-of-game bus parking is possible only if space happens to exist.
Getting There
T-Mobile Park is served by two light rail stations within a short walk, and Link runs postgame until 1am every day of the week, one of the few venues where the last train is genuinely later than the last out. The Mariners also organise driving the useful way round: the exit you want depends on where you intend to park, not on which direction you came from.
- Driving
- I-5, I-90 and SR-99 all pass within half a mile of the ballpark, and the exit to use depends on where you plan to park. From the north on I-5 southbound, Exit 165A for James St or Exit 164 for Dearborn St, 4th Ave S/Edgar Martinez Dr S and Airport Way S; on SR-99 southbound, exit at S. Atlantic St. From the south on I-5 northbound, Exit 163 for the West Seattle Freeway then signs to Spokane St via 6th Ave S or 1st Ave S, or Exit 164B for Edgar Martinez Dr S, or Exit 164A for Dearborn St. From the east on I-90 westbound, exit to 4th Ave S to park north or east of the ballpark, or to Edgar Martinez Dr S to park south or west. The ballpark is on 1st Ave S at Atlantic St/Edgar Martinez Drive S.
- Public Transit
- Link light rail's 1 Line runs between Lynnwood City Center and Federal Way Downtown, making 26 stops including Stadium and International District/Chinatown, both a short walk from the ballpark. From 28 March 2026 Sound Transit's 2 Line, East Link, connects to the 1 Line at International District/Chinatown, opening the Eastside up. Trains run every 8, 10 or 15 minutes depending on time of day, with postgame service until 1am every day of the week.
- Rideshare
- Uber, Lyft and other rideshare riders use the designated rideshare lot southeast of T-Mobile Park, which the Mariners' map places between Third Avenue South and Fourth Avenue South, south of Edgar Martinez Drive South, and the app shows the exact pickup and drop-off spot. A taxi stand at the northwest corner of First Avenue South and South Royal Brougham Way, in front of the Silver Cloud Hotel, operates before, during and after events.
