Chase Field is in downtown Phoenix. Valley Metro light rail stops right at the ballpark. Same transit as Suns (Mortgage Matchup Center). Very affordable parking ($5-15). Retractable roof for summer heat.
Road Closures on Game Day
- Southbound 3rd Street may be routed west at Washington Street as traffic conditions dictate. If that happens, continue west on Washington to 1st Avenue and turn left to head south, or go east on Jefferson Street to reach parking.
- If southbound 7th Street is backed up, turn right on Roosevelt or Fillmore Street and use 1st Street or 1st Avenue to get south.

There is street parking nearby if you don't want to pay for the stadium garage. The light rail drops you off close too. Chase Field is in downtown Phoenix so plenty of food options within walking distance.
Free street parking after 5 PM makes evening games very affordable.

Valley Metro from Tempe/Mesa/Scottsdale with free park-and-ride is the easiest option.

Parking Rules
What the pass covers, what gets turned away, and the lots that run on their own rules.
Your Pass
- Park in the same quadrant of downtown you arrived from. Enter from the south, for instance, and park between 3rd Avenue and 9th Street, from Lincoln to Jefferson Street. Crossing Copper Square afterwards is what costs you time.
- The HOV lanes are the club's recommended way in and out, and outside weekday peaks — 6 to 9 a.m. and 3 to 7 p.m. — you do not need multiple passengers to use them.
- Avoid the 3rd Street HOV exit on the way in. The club names it the least preferred option because of heavy event usage.
- Getting out, the route depends on where you parked. North of Washington Street, take 3rd or 7th Avenues to the freeways, or Central, 3rd and 7th Avenues northbound.
- Parked southeast of Copper Square, south of Jefferson and east of 4th Street, you will be sent south to Lincoln Street then east to 7th Street, where you can turn right for I-17 or carry on south.
- Parked southwest, south of Jefferson and west of 3rd Street, head south to Lincoln — which becomes Grant — then west to 7th Avenue for I-17 southbound or I-10 northbound.
- Watch the electronic message signs on the freeway and surface streets on the way in. They carry the current routing advice.
