The Soul of Phoenix
Chase Field in downtown Phoenix is one of few MLB ballparks with a retractable roof and air conditioning, essential where summer temperatures exceed 110°F. The roof stays closed May-September, keeping the interior at ~78°F. When open on cooler spring and fall evenings, the desert sky provides a beautiful backdrop.
