Dodger Stadium's multiple lots are reached through five parking gates. General parking is sold in advance or at cashless entry gates. Preferred parking is the closer advance-purchase option, while general parking assignments depend on arrival and traffic. Tailgating and drinking alcohol are prohibited throughout the lots.

Be mentally prepared for really bad traffic getting in and out. It is much worse than Angel Stadium. Get there early and leave early if you can. You can bring in your own food, snacks, and sealed drinks.
The Dodger Stadium Express is free for ticket holders from Union Station and the South Bay; the Union Station service uses a dedicated bus lane.
The club encourages advance parking purchase to expedite movement through the auto gates.
Four Metro lines converge on Union Station (A, B, D and, via Metrolink and Amtrak, the regional network), which is where the Express picks up.
The Dodger Stadium Express is free with a game ticket, the cheapest way in, and it meets Metro at Union Station.
From the 101 southbound it is the Alvarado Street exit, then roughly a mile along Sunset before Vin Scully Avenue.
Every arrival route is published with the gate it delivers you to, and each gate has its own departure route.

Five gates serve the stadium lots. Sunset Gate A from Stadium Way and Vin Scully Avenue reaches Lots 10, 11 and 12. Scott Gate B from Stadium Way and Scott Ave reaches Lots 2 and 3. Golden State Gate C from Academy Rd reaches Lots 3, 4 and 15. Academy Gate D from Academy Rd and Park St reaches Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 15. Downtown Gate E from SR110 and Stadium Way reaches Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10.

Your Pass
- Parking gates open 2.5 hours before game time; stadium gates open two hours before.
- The speed limit in the parking lots is 14 miles per hour.
- Tailgating and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited in all parking lots.
Accessible Parking
Accessible spaces are spread across eight lettered lots rather than concentrated, and a courtesy shuttle can be dispatched by phone.

- A valid state-issued disabled parking permit and/or licence plate is required.
- A limited courtesy shuttle service is available; call to have one dispatched.

Getting There
Dodger Stadium has no rail of its own, so the Dodgers run the connection themselves: the Dodger Stadium Express is free to any ticket holder and meets Metro at Union Station and in the South Bay. Driving is published by freeway AND by which gate each route delivers you to, with separate departure routes per gate. The club treats leaving as its own problem.
- Driving
- Routes are published by freeway and by the gate they reach. From the 101 northbound, take the Grand Avenue exit, right onto Grand, right onto Temple Street, right onto Figueroa Street, left onto Sunset Boulevard and right onto Vin Scully Avenue for Gate A. From the 101 southbound out of Hollywood, take the Alvarado Street exit, left onto Alvarado, right onto Sunset Boulevard, then about a mile on and left onto Vin Scully Avenue for Gate A. The club publishes separate departure routes for the Downtown, Academy and Sunset gates.
- Public Transit
- The Dodger Stadium Express is free for all ticket holders and connects at Union Station and in the South Bay. Metro runs six rail lines across LA County that reach those connections: the A Line from Long Beach to Azusa via Union Station, the E Line from Santa Monica to East LA, the B Line from North Hollywood to Union Station, the D Line from Koreatown to Union Station, the C Line between Norwalk and Aviation/Century, meeting the A Line at Willowbrook Station, and the K Line from Expo/Crenshaw to Redondo Beach. Metrolink and Amtrak also reach Union Station.
- Rideshare
- Uber and other car services drop off and pick up in Lot 1 at Dodger Stadium, entering and leaving through Gate B. Taxis drop off before games and pick up after games on the first base side of Lot I.
