All Chase Field entrances are on accessible routes, with accessible turnstiles at Gates A, C, E North, J, K, and Level 3 of the Chase Field Garage.

Chase Field runs a Field Level, Main Concourse, Upper Concourse and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Diamond Level, and several of its best spaces are gated by which section your ticket names rather than by price. The Avnet Home Plate Club, an upscale full-service bar behind the plate, admits only Clubhouse Box and 1st/3rd Base Box holders. The Suite Lounge on the Diamond Level admits Suite and Diamond Level tickets and overlooks the third-base side. The roof closes and the whole park is air-conditioned, which in Phoenix is the entire reason it exists.

The ticket box at Chase Field is a good quick experience if you want to buy day-of. For a day game consider shade - one side gets direct sun. They are not fixing the AC until next year so it can get warm.
