What to Expect
Climate Pledge Arena sits within the Seattle Center campus, home of the Space Needle, MoPOP, and Pacific Science Center. The Kraken are Seattle's newest major sports team, and the city has embraced them with enthusiasm. The arena was rebuilt from the historic KeyArena with a stunning modern design that preserved the original 1962 World's Fair roofline. The surrounding Lower Queen Anne neighborhood has excellent bars and restaurants. Games run about 2.5 hours in regulation. Seattle rain is a factor. Bring layers and a rain jacket for the walk to the arena.

Tips & Fan Reports
On Saturdays you can park for free at the Amazon garages and take the monorail to the arena. Stop by Pregame at the Armory to make a sign, pick up freebies, or get a free Kraken poster.
Avoid sections 211 through 217 except for the first few rows. From higher rows in those sections you can not see the dual scoreboards which really hurts the experience.
My personal favorite seats are sections 107, 108, 109. Walk through the Armory for food or hit up bars in Lower Queen Anne like the Queen Anne Beerhall before the game.
The Space Needle Lounge is a dive bar with pinball and darts; the Verizon Lounge is an event-level speakeasy. Both were redesigned in 2026.
The Amex Lounge is open only to American Express Platinum and Centurion members, so it is not something a ticket buys.
All doors open 90 minutes before puck drop for Kraken games.
The Moet & Chandon Imperial Lounge is the arena's only all-inclusive private restaurant.
The Monorail is a 90-second ride from downtown and takes ORCA or contactless.
There is no tailgating here; the arena sits inside Seattle Center and the pregame is the campus around it.
Climate Pledge Arena has two bowls, not three — the building was dug down under a preserved roof — so a 200-level seat here is much closer to the ice than the same number elsewhere.

These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
- Ticket prices — Secondary market averages (SeatGeek/StubHub)
- Parking prices — Never checked against a published rate: the venue's parking page, read 2026-09-05, publishes none — the only figure is the non-event hourly rate, from $7 an hour plus tax; event parking is sold by pre-purchase without a figure. The 2026-07-27 figures were compiled from third-party listings (was: "Climate Pledge Arena 2026: lots typically $30-$50 per spot on Kraken game nights, with prepaid passes via the Kraken site, SpotHero or ParkWhiz").
