Canada Life Centre is in downtown Winnipeg. No rail transit - bus and car are primary options. Very affordable parking ($5-15 CAD). The Forks market area nearby for pregame.

In winter (November through March), use a connected parkade. Walking even 3 blocks in Winnipeg cold is dangerous without proper gear.
Post-game, the parkade exits to Portage Avenue. Traffic clears in about 20 minutes.
Pre-purchase parking for all games, Jets sell out consistently and parking fills up.
True North Square Parkade has the best indoor connection. You literally walk from your car through a heated corridor to the arena.
Surface lots are fine for early-season and late-season games when temperatures are above freezing.
