Arena lots open 2.5 hours before puck drop. Arrive early for the closest spots in Lot C.
CTA Bus #20 on Madison is the best transit option. It stops directly at the arena entrance.
Post-game, the Madison Street exit from Lot C is the slowest. Use Damen (north) or Warren (south) exits.
Do not leave valuables visible in your car, the area surrounding the arena is urban and parking is surface lots.

Parking Rules

Your Pass
- Official parking lots open to the public two and a half hours before event time.
- Ticketmaster sells advance parking at a discounted rate; on-site parking is available at an increased rate, and all major credit cards are accepted.
- Parking has no in-and-out privileges.
- Overnight parking requires advance approval and must be related to the event.
- Alcohol may not be consumed in the lots or in parked vehicles.
- Tailgating and similar activities are not permitted.
- The Uber Zone is Lot E at Madison Street and Wood Street. Vehicles enter from Madison Street and exit onto Warren Boulevard; the zone operates from two hours before until one hour after an event.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is in Lot C at Warren Boulevard and Damen Avenue.

- A current state-issued accessible license plate or window placard must be displayed.
