Canada Life Centre serves up Winnipeg's comfort food, and it names its stands. YWG Burger at 112 and 301 builds burgers from local staples, the Sal's Jets Nip, the Fatboy and a Social Burger, with fries, onion rings or poutine. Jumbo Jet Dog runs at seven locations plus the Atrium and also plates perogies and farmer sausage. Carvery Sandwiches at 111 and 310 slow-roasts beef brisket and a porchetta Cubano melt; Chefs Corner on the Event Level does mascarpone and ginger pickerel cakes. Craft Beer Corner at 126 and 310 pours Stanley Park, Banded Peak, Little Brown Jug, Kilter and Trans Canada.

Tips & Fan Reports

My go-to is a Jets Dog with cheese and bacon - will run you around $20 with a drink. The Jets Dog burger is actually pretty good too but pricey. There are dining options in the arena worth checking out.

The arena names its craft breweries, and Fort Garry is not among them: Craft Beer Corner at 126 and 310 pours Stanley Park, Banded Peak, Kilter, Trans Canada and Winnipeg's own Little Brown Jug.

You do not have to leave for a Sal's nip. YWG Burger at sections 112 and 301 builds the Sal's Jets Nip alongside the Fatboy and the Social Burger.

Perogies reflect Winnipeg's strong Ukrainian community, a unique arena food you won't find in most NHL cities.

The Forks Market is the best pregame food value, diverse vendors at reasonable prices.

Poutine at the arena is solid, fries, cheese curds, and gravy. The Canadian classic at a Canadian hockey game.

How We Checked This Page

Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.

These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
