What fans who park here actually do, and what it cost them.
The new parking ramp across from the Xcel right off Kellogg and 35E is decent. Same with the ramp attached to the Holiday Inn. Park all the way at the bottom then leave via the left ramp up one level and exit on floor two.
Victory ramp is cheap and usually not nearly full if you don't mind walking. It is about $15-20 and super convenient. During playoffs it is $20.
The X is directly linked to public transit - bus 54 from the airport or the light rail to downtown. Not European-level transit but it works fine for getting to the game.
Kellogg Ramp has a skyway connection; downtown's climate-controlled skyway system covers five miles.
Take the Green Line to Central Station for a short walk, with skyway access in the station tower.
Downtown's skyway runs five miles of climate-controlled walkway at second-floor level, so much of downtown can be crossed above the street.
Every route the Wild publish ends on Kellogg Boulevard; from MSP it is Hwy. 5 for about 8 miles, then 35E north to the Kellogg Boulevard exit.
The Green Line's Central Station has skyway access in its tower, and the Wild call the walk from there to the arena short.

Parking Rules

Your Pass
- The RiverCentre Parking Ramp is at 150 West Kellogg Blvd.
- It uses licence-plate readers, so there is no physical ticket; pay by the parking app, by scanning a QR code, or at a pay station.
- Eight level-two EV charging stations sit on its top level, at $3 for eight hours of charging.
- The Kellogg Parking Ramp is at 129 West Kellogg Blvd, underground on the north side of Kellogg Boulevard West, with a 7ft clearance and a skyway connection to the arena.
- Rideshare pick-up is at Gate 4, the north-east corner on 5th Street.
Bus & Limo Parking
Buses have a designated area where the posted No Parking signs do not apply to them.
- Buses are exempt from the No Parking signs posted in the Event Bus Parking area.
Getting There
Grand Casino Arena is on the corner of West Kellogg Boulevard and West 7th Street in downtown Saint Paul, between Interstate 94 and 35E, and the Wild publish driving routes from the north, east and west and from MSP Airport that all end on Kellogg. By train it is the METRO Green Line to Central Station, which has skyway access in its tower, and downtown's five miles of climate-controlled skyway join the buildings at second-floor level.
- Driving
- The arena is on the corner of W. Kellogg Boulevard and W. 7th Street. From the north, take I-35E south, exit on Wacouta, turn right on W. 7th Street and left on Kellogg Boulevard. From the east, take I-94 west to exit 243 for Mounds Boulevard/Kellogg Boulevard, turn left on Kellogg Boulevard, right on Robert Street, left on 7th Street and left on Kellogg Boulevard. From the west, take I-94 east, exit on 5th Street, turn right on W. 7th Street and left on Kellogg Boulevard. From MSP Airport, take the airport access road and follow signs for Hwy. 5 to Saint Paul, about 8 miles, to 35E north, then take the Kellogg Boulevard exit and turn right.
- Public Transit
- Several Metro Transit bus lines serve downtown Saint Paul, or ride the METRO Green Line to Central Station. Skyway access is in the tower at the station, and the Wild call it a short walk from there to the arena. Metro Transit's online Trip Planner builds a schedule by bus or light rail.
- Rideshare
- Gate 4, at the northeast corner of Grand Casino Arena on 5th Street, is the official ride share pick-up and drop-off location for Wild games and arena events. Gate 4 is near Section 120 and the Michelob Golden Light Taphouse.
- Walking
- From Central Station on the Green Line, the Wild call it a short walk to the arena, with skyway access in the station's tower. Downtown Saint Paul's skyway joins many city blocks at second-floor level along five miles of above-ground, climate-controlled walkway.
