Lenovo Center's bag rule has a useful shortcut built into it: a clutch or wristlet under 4.5 by 6.5 inches skips the X-ray line entirely, while clear bags, parenting bags and medical bags are permitted but must go through the machine. General parking enters at Gates A, B, E and F with staff directing you to a space, and the arena asks for an hour's margin before the event to clear the traffic. Mobile parking passes are cheaper bought before the day through ParkWhiz. The lots are reached from I-40 or Wade Avenue via the Edwards Mill Road exit.

Rules to Know
What Lenovo Center allows, and what it does not.
- Clutch and wristlet bags smaller than 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted and are not required to enter via the bag X-ray line.
- Clear bags, parenting bags and medical bags are permitted but must pass through the X-ray machine prior to entry.
- For general parking, guests may enter Gates A, B, E and F, and parking staff will direct vehicles to available spaces.
- Mobile parking passes are cheaper when purchased before the day of the event, through ParkWhiz.
- Guests are recommended to arrive one hour before the event start time to avoid traffic congestion and delays.
- To reach the parking lots from I-40 or Wade Avenue, exit at Edwards Mill Road and travel south; the main entrance is on the left.
- The arena is approximately a 10 to 15 minute drive from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
- The arena publishes no tailgating policy.
