Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Only small personal bags or purses up to 9 x 5 x 2 inches are permitted; bags do not need to be clear.
Fanny packs, crossbody bags, and clear stadium bags are allowed only when they fit the same limit. Bag straps are not included in the measurement.
- Bag storage
Binbox bag lockers are on Toshiba Plaza beside the Allegiant Stage, with non-refundable pricing starting at $20 per bag.
Storage is cashless and accepts credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. It opens with arena doors, closes 45 minutes after the event, and bags cannot be accessed during the event.
- Gate opening
T-Mobile Arena door opening times vary by event, and the arena publishes no standing time for Golden Knights games; check the event listing for the game you are attending.
- Mobile tickets
Tickets for all Golden Knights preseason and regular-season home games are delivered through the AXS mobile app.
- Re-entry
T-Mobile Arena does not permit re-entry at any event.
- Prohibited items
Prohibited items include bags over 9 x 5 x 2 inches, professional cameras and recording equipment, outside food or drink, all bottles and flasks, computers and tablets, weapons, illegal drugs, lasers, fireworks, noisemakers, projectiles, coolers, and drones.
All guests are searched and belongings are scanned; security may confiscate items that create danger or disruption.
- First aid
Primary First Aid is behind Section 2 on the Main Concourse, with a second station near Section 202 on the Upper Concourse.
EMTs are present at every event and can respond anywhere in the arena; contact Guest Services or Security for help.
- Nursing and lactation
UMC Lactation Suites are near Section 13 on the Main Concourse and Section 216 on the Upper Concourse.
Each suite has power outlets, lighting, a USB port, seating, and additional supplies. Visit Guest Services for access.
- Family restrooms
Family restrooms with baby-changing tables are near Sections 3, 13, and 19 on the Main Concourse and Sections 209 and 219 on the Upper Concourse.
- Tickets for children
For Golden Knights games, children 24 months old and younger do not need a ticket.
A child without a ticket must share the seating area or lap of one ticketed adult.
- Guest services
Guest Services centers are behind Section 13 on the Main Concourse and near Section 216 on the Upper Concourse.

- Service animals
Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome in every public area of T-Mobile Arena.
Service animals must stay leashed unless the leash would interfere with a task required by the handler's disability.
- Smoking and vaping
Smoking is prohibited inside T-Mobile Arena and on the surrounding non-smoking campus; electronic smoking devices are also prohibited inside.

Arrive on the Strip
Walk from your Strip hotel or take a rideshare. The Park entertainment district between New York-New York and Park MGM is the pregame gathering area.
The Park and Toshiba Plaza
The outdoor Park district has restaurants, bars, and a 40-foot steel sculpture. Toshiba Plaza starts setting up for the pregame show.

Enter the Fortress
Head inside T-Mobile Arena, the Fortress. The pregame hype continues inside with an NHL-best video and light show.

Three 20-minute periods in the loudest, most energetic arena in the NHL. Golden Knights fans are passionate and the atmosphere is electric.
Hit the concourse
Vegas-style nachos, BBQ brisket, and frozen cocktails, the concessions match the Strip's over-the-top energy.

The Las Vegas Strip is still going strong. Casinos, restaurants, nightclubs, and shows, the night is just beginning.
Tips & Fan Reports
Be in the park area around 6-6:30 to see the parade and pep rally right outside the arena before a 7pm puck drop. The whole pre-game experience is part of what makes Vegas special.
Free self-parking at most Strip casinos. Park at MGM Grand, Park MGM, or NYNY and walk through The Park to the arena.
If staying on the Strip, just walk. Most Strip hotels are within 15-20 minutes on foot.
The arena is climate-controlled but Vegas summer is brutal outside. Hydrate before and after the game.
The Toshiba Plaza pregame show is the best in the NHL. Arrive at least 1 hour before puck drop to see it.
T-Mobile Arena is ON the Strip - you can walk from your hotel. No car needed if you're staying on Las Vegas Blvd.

The Fast Pass entrance is the first door right of the Main Entrance, opposite the Box Office.
Before the Game
T-Mobile Arena sits at 3780 S Las Vegas Boulevard, behind New York-New York and across from Park MGM, so the pregame is the Strip itself and there is no tailgating to arrange. Reserved event parking is in the Park MGM, New York-New York and Aria garages, with rideshare dropping at ground level of the NYNY garage; the RTC runs four VGK Express routes across the valley at $2 each way, and the Monorail serves the arena too. The bag rule is severe and expensive to get wrong: nothing but a small personal bag up to 9 by 5 by 2 inches gets in, and bag check starts at $20 per bag, cashless, non-refundable.

The plaza on the northeast side of the building, across from Park MGM and behind New York-New York, which the Main Entrance faces. The gathering space immediately outside the doors.

The arena names New York-New York, ARIA, Park MGM and Excalibur as the nearby properties to walk from, which is how most people arrive without a car.

Four RTC VGK Express routes run from points across the valley at $2 each way, and the Las Vegas Monorail serves the arena, the transit answer on a night the Strip is gridlocked.

Pregame Rules
What T-Mobile Arena allows before the game, and what it does not.
- No bags or backpacks are permitted into the venue, except small personal bags measuring a maximum of 9" x 5" x 2".
- Bag check pricing starts at $20 per checked bag, is non-refundable, and payment is cashless. Bag check opens at the same time as arena doors and closes 45 minutes after the event.
- The Main Entrance is on the northeast side of the building facing Toshiba Plaza, across from Park MGM and behind New York-New York Hotel Casino.
- The T-Mobile Fast Pass Entrance is at the Main Entrance, the first door to the right opposite the Box Office.
- Reserved event parking garages are Park MGM, New York-New York and Aria. Uber and rideshare drop-off is at ground level of the New York-New York parking garage.
- The RTC runs four VGK Express routes from locations across the valley at $2 each way, and the Las Vegas Monorail serves the arena.
- Enhanced security measures are in place during Vegas Golden Knights games.

T-Mobile Arena is indoor, so these are the conditions for the parking lot and the walk in, not the seats.

- Only the outside food and drink the rule allows
Outside food and beverages are prohibited, but baby bags, baby bottles, and formula are permitted.
- A card or a phone wallet
At Golden Knights games, VGKPay can be used at most T-Mobile Arena concession and retail locations after a credit or debit card is saved in the official team app.
