What to Expect
Lincoln Financial Field, 'The Linc', is home to one of the most passionate and intense fanbases in professional sports. Philadelphia Eagles fans are legendary for their knowledge, loyalty, and relentless energy. The stadium sits in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex alongside Citizens Bank Park (Phillies) and Xfinity Mobile Arena (76ers/Flyers), creating a concentrated sports district. Game days at The Linc are electric, the E-A-G-L-E-S chant reverberates through the open-air stadium, the tailgate lots are packed by sunrise, and the energy from 69,000 screaming fans in midnight green is unlike anything else in the NFL.

Tips & Fan Reports
You need to be there at least 4 hours before game time to have a proper tailgate. Lots start filling up fast - we got notifications that lots were full by 4pm for a night game.
The M/N lot has the biggest tailgates from what I've seen. K lot is also good. You can only grill in the official tailgating lots - non-tailgating lots allow coolers, chairs, and snacks but no open flame.
Get the crab fries from Chickie's and Pete's if they are fresh. Soggy stale crab fries are not so great though. The stadium is completely cashless - food, drinks, 50/50, merch, everything.
You can not bring any bags that are not clear into the stadium. They are very strict about this. Check the Lincoln Financial Field website for the full clear bag policy before you go.
Check out Green Legion for an all-inclusive tailgate package. It's not in the actual parking lots so it's a different vibe, but all food and drinks are included.
You can not use cash for parking or ANYTHING inside the stadium. Credit or debit only. Parking at Lincoln Financial Field for tailgating is open at lots K, L, J, N, E, F.
Getting out of the stadium lots is not really that bad. Bring some extra food and beverages and you can always hang around your car, relax, and wait for traffic to ease. It is not hours like people say.
If you can get club seats the VIP entrance has basically no lines at the shops or bathrooms. More alcohol and food options and some free swag when you enter.
Every premium ticket at the Linc carries a dedicated VIP entrance and club access two hours before kickoff — at this stadium that access is worth more than any single amenity.
The stadium is open-air with no cover over the bowl, and the 200 level takes the weather first.
