What to Expect
AT&T Stadium, known to fans as 'Jerry World', is one of the most spectacular venues in professional sports. The $1.2 billion retractable-roof stadium in Arlington, TX features the iconic center-hung video board stretching from 20-yard line to 20-yard line, the largest of its kind when the stadium opened. Game days in Arlington are events unto themselves, with massive tailgate lots filling up hours before kickoff. The Cowboys are consistently the NFL's most valuable franchise, and the game-day experience reflects that premium brand, from the architecture to the food to the energy of 80,000 fans celebrating America's Team.

Tips & Fan Reports
Park at J. Gilligan's and take their shuttle to the stadium. Parking is free and the shuttle is $15/person. Stress-free and so worth it compared to fighting for stadium lots.
Only have 1 of Jerry Jones' margaritas. Those Cowboy-Ritas will kick your ass. Also the Cowboys Mac and Cheese is not normal stadium fare but it is well worth finding.
You can tailgate in any lot but Lot 4 has the main Cowboys tailgate scene. Lot 11 also has some great spots - look for the Dallas Cowboys shortbus, that's where the party is.
Walking is much faster than driving or rideshare once you get close to the stadium. On the way out, same deal - walk at least half a mile out then call your Uber from there.
There is no bad seat in AT&T Stadium honestly. I have sat in 100 club level, 200 section and 400s. The 200 level club section is the absolute best view. You will end up watching the screen from anywhere though.
For a 3:25pm game eat lunch before/after the game somewhere beyond the stadium since the timing works well. Eat before you get there unless you don't mind dropping a house payment inside.
Texas Live! is right next to AT&T Stadium - great food and drinks and it's a huge venue. Perfect for pregaming if you don't want to set up a full tailgate.
People who live around the stadium rent out their yards and driveways for parking. It's basically a walking party between the houses and the stadium on game day.
There is no transit option published, and Arlington runs no transit system of its own.
Lots open about five hours before a Cowboys game and fill first-come, first-served even with a permit, so an early arrival gets a better spot rather than a guaranteed one.
