Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches or a one-gallon clear freezer bag is permitted, plus a clutch no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches.
Medically necessary items may be approved after inspection; contact Fan Services before arrival.
- Gate opening
Pepsi Plaza generally opens three hours before Eagles games, Clubs and Suites open two hours before, and inner stadium gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.
- Mobile tickets
Eagles ticketing is fully mobile; access tickets in the Eagles app and add them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arrival.
- Re-entry
Eagles tickets grant one-time entry to Lincoln Financial Field with no right of re-entry after exit.
- Prohibited items
Lincoln Financial Field prohibits weapons, outside beverages, non-compliant bags, hard containers, large camera equipment, drones, noisemakers, laser pointers, umbrellas, strollers, and other listed items.
All guests and belongings are screened; review the complete current list before leaving home.
- First aid
First aid stations are in Pepsi Plaza and near Sections 114, 136, 217, 233, and 242.
- Nursing and lactation
Two lockable nursing rooms connected to Pepsi Plaza below Section 129 include an outlet, lounge chair, side table, and television.
Guests may also nurse wherever they feel comfortable.
- Family restrooms
Single-stall all-gender restrooms with changing tables are located near Sections 107, 119, 207, 213, 224, 231, 237, 241, C6, C16, C27, and C35.
- Tickets for children
Children age two and under do not need a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian's lap; children who have reached their third birthday need a ticket and their own seat.
- Guest services
Guest Services booths are behind Sections 121, 136, 206, and 226.

- Service animals
Service animals and service animals in training are permitted; other animals are prohibited.
Because seating is tight, contact the ticket office at 215-463-5500 in advance about possible relocation.
- Smoking and vaping
Smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers are prohibited in all areas of Lincoln Financial Field.

Lots Open Officially
Official parking lots open. Tailgate setups go into overdrive, cheesesteaks on the grill, hoagies unwrapped, and the E-A-G-L-E-S chant echoing across the lots.
Tailgate Scene Peaks
The lots are a sea of midnight green. Portable TVs show the early games, cornhole boards line the aisles, and the smell of cheesesteaks and Italian sausage fills the air.
Gates Open
Stadium gates open. Head in early to explore the concourse, grab crab fries from Chickie's & Pete's, and secure your spot.
Player Warmups
Players take the field for stretching. Lower bowl sections offer great views of pregame prep.
Find Your Seats
Grab your cheesesteak and settle in. The pregame hype video on the scoreboard gets the crowd roaring.
Game Time
69,000 fans erupt with the E-A-G-L-E-S chant. The energy at The Linc is among the loudest in the NFL. Visiting teams dread playing here.
Exit Strategy
Take the Broad Street Line subway back to Center City. It handles post-game crowds efficiently. Or head back to the lots for post-game tailgating, which Eagles fans are famous for.
Tips & Fan Reports
You need to be there at least 4 hours before game time to have a proper tailgate. Lots start filling up fast - we got notifications that lots were full by 4pm for a night game.
The M/N lot has the biggest tailgates from what I've seen. K lot is also good. You can only grill in the official tailgating lots - non-tailgating lots allow coolers, chairs, and snacks but no open flame.
You can not bring any bags that are not clear into the stadium. They are very strict about this. Check the Lincoln Financial Field website for the full clear bag policy before you go.
Check out Green Legion for an all-inclusive tailgate package. It's not in the actual parking lots so it's a different vibe, but all food and drinks are included.
Xfinity Live in the sports complex is the pregame headquarters. Same spot for Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers games. Gets absolutely packed.
The E-A-G-L-E-S chant is mandatory. Learn it. Live it. The fans around you will make sure you participate.
Don't wear the opposing team's jersey unless you have thick skin, Eagles fans are famously vocal.
Wear midnight green, Eagles fans are intensely loyal and the sea of green is part of the experience.
Wear the visiting team jersey at your own risk. Philly fans are famously intense. They will talk to you about it. A lot.
Whatever you tailgate with stays outside: coolers, grills and canopies are all on the stadium's prohibited list at the gates.
Before the Game
Tailgating is permitted across most of the Lincoln Financial Field lots, and the stadium defines the exception geographically rather than by lot list: it is not permitted north of Pattison Avenue or west of Darien Street, which covers Lots Q through W and the lot by the Jefferson Health Training Complex. Parking areas generally open four and a half hours before kickoff. The staged opening after that is worth knowing: Pepsi Plaza at the north end opens three hours before, clubs and suites two hours, and the inner stadium gates only ninety minutes before kickoff, so there is a long window where you are inside the complex but not yet in your seat.

At the north end of the stadium, opening about three hours before kickoff and open to all ticketed guests, with seating and televisions. The indoor-adjacent option for anyone without a lot space, and the place to be in the ninety minutes before the inner gates open.
