- From Dallas to the east, take I-30 west, exit Ballpark Way, right on Ballpark Way, right on Randol Mill Road then left at the Cedarland Plaza signal for Blue Lot 1 or 2. From Fort Worth to the west, I-30 east, exit Collins Street (FM157), left on Randol Mill Road then right at the Cedarland Plaza signal. From DFW Airport and Grapevine to the north, Highway 360 south, exit Division Street, right on AT&T Way, left on Randol Mill Road then left at the Cedarland Plaza signal. There are roughly 24,000 spaces across 15 numbered lots plus lettered lots, opening five hours before Cowboys games.
- Public Transit
- The stadium names no transit route and publishes no stop — its arrival guidance covers driving and parking only. Arlington has no public transit system of its own.
- Rideshare
- Uber and Lyft are the primary alternatives to driving. From downtown Dallas, expect $25-40 (25-40 min). From downtown Fort Worth, $22-35 (20-30 min). From DFW Airport, $20-30 (15-25 min). Post-game surge pricing is steep, designated pickup on Randol Mill Road.

CentrePort/DFW is the zone divider, so the fare depends on which side the rider boards: Trinity Metro sells "TRE - Local $2.00, West Zone Only" from Fort Worth, and DART sells a "TRE One-Way Pass $6.00" from the Dallas side. There is no $5 product anywhere in the table.
