Park at J. Gilligan's and take their shuttle to the stadium. Parking is free and the shuttle is $15/person. Stress-free and so worth it compared to fighting for stadium lots.
Walking is much faster than driving or rideshare once you get close to the stadium. On the way out, same deal - walk at least half a mile out then call your Uber from there.
Accessible spaces require both a valid lot-specific parking pass and a state-issued placard or plate, and are first come, first served.

Parking Rules
What the pass covers, what gets turned away, and the lots that run on their own rules.
Your Pass
- A parking pass is valid for one spot, and parking spots are for vehicles only.
- Parking areas generally open five hours before Cowboys games.
- All vehicles are subject to security inspection on entry.
- Every lot except the bus portion of Lot 15 is restricted to standard vehicles.
Not Allowed In
- RVs and oversized vehicles are not admitted to the standard lots; they park in Silver Lot 14 at $150 per event.
- Buses park in a portion of Lot 15 and need a bus parking pass.
- Limousines need a limousine parking pass.
- Deep fryers and open-flame fires are prohibited in the lots, as are amplified sound systems.
Accessible Parking
Accessible spaces are first come, first served, and a valid parking pass for that lot is still required on top of the placard. A shuttle runs from every lot for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.

Getting There
AT&T Stadium publishes three routes and all of them finish the same way: onto Randol Mill Road, then the Cedarland Plaza signal into Blue Lot 1 or 2. With around 24,000 spaces across 15 numbered lots and more lettered ones, and no transit named anywhere, this is a stadium built on the assumption that you drive.
- Driving
- From Dallas to the east, take I-30 west, exit Ballpark Way, right on Ballpark Way, right on Randol Mill Road then left at the Cedarland Plaza signal for Blue Lot 1 or 2. From Fort Worth to the west, I-30 east, exit Collins Street (FM157), left on Randol Mill Road then right at the Cedarland Plaza signal. From DFW Airport and Grapevine to the north, Highway 360 south, exit Division Street, right on AT&T Way, left on Randol Mill Road then left at the Cedarland Plaza signal. There are roughly 24,000 spaces across 15 numbered lots plus lettered lots, opening five hours before Cowboys games.
- Public Transit
- The stadium names no transit route and publishes no stop: its arrival guidance covers driving and parking only. Arlington has no public transit system of its own.
- Rideshare
- Uber and Lyft drop off and pick up in Lot 15, off Randol Mill Road and Web Street just west of AT&T Stadium. Taxis drop off before the event and pick up after it at the far west end of Miller LiteHouse, off North Collins Street and Cowboys Way.

parkingaccess.com AT&T Stadium, by numbered lot: 'Premium Lots 4-7 are $75-100 (closest, quickest exit). Standard Lots 10-12 are $50-60 (tailgating allowed).' Both stored figures match the floor of the range for the lots they name. Private-lot and Rangers-overflow figures not re-checked.

Trinity Railway Express fare tables. CentrePort/DFW is the zone divider, so the fare depends on which side the rider boards: Trinity Metro sells "TRE - Local $2.00, West Zone Only" from Fort Worth, and DART sells a "TRE One-Way Pass $6.00" from the Dallas side. There is no $5 product anywhere in the table. The entry now names Dallas Union Station, the larger origin and the one with a published one-way product, and carries the $6.00 DART fare; the Fort Worth alternative at $2.00 is recorded in the pass notes. Driving entries carry no transit fare by definition
