What to Expect
Kia Center sits in downtown Orlando, surrounded by Church Street's entertainment venues and the growing downtown restaurant scene. Orlando's Magic games have a family-friendly, theme-park-adjacent energy, many attendees are tourists visiting the nearby theme parks who add a game to their itinerary. The pregame scene centers on Church Street bars and the downtown dining options. Plan to arrive 60-90 minutes early to explore and watch warm-ups.

Game Day
Doors open an hour before the printed time, so downtown Orlando is where the wait happens.
One 4.5 by 6.5 by 1 inch clutch is the entire bag allowance for anyone without a medical or parent bag.
Pre-paid parking closes at 5 p.m. the day before. There is no booking it on the morning of the game.
Parking & Directions
City Commons garage on Boone Ave and the Jefferson Street garage are your best bets for parking. They fill up fast on game nights so get there early. Street meters are free after a certain time.
ThreatLocker Garage is directly accessible from SR 408 and I-4.
SunRail and the free downtown LYMMO serve the arena.
Food & Drinks
Go in hungry. There are a lot of food and snack options at Kia Center. Courtside ticket holders can get in 90 minutes before tip. Check out the Orlando Magic history displays on the 100-level concourse.
The Cuban Sandwich is the must-try regional food, Orlando has a strong Cuban food tradition.
Local craft beer from Orlando Brewing and Crooked Can is available throughout the arena.
Seating
Every suite product at Kia Center includes exactly TWO parking passes, whatever its capacity, so a 40-person deck gets the same parking as a 16-person suite.
Founders Suites sit 19 rows from the floor with a private VIP lift, which is closer and better served than most suite products anywhere.
Several products offer additional standing-room tickets for Magic games: 8 with Founders, 10 with the Disney Terrace and Hardwood Suites, 14 with Silver Suites, 20 with Club Hospitality Suites.

Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Bags are prohibited, except for one clutch no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 x 1 inches and medical or parent bags no larger than 14 x 14 x 6 inches.
Medical and parent bags must be X-rayed at designated entry locations.
- Gate opening
All Kia Center doors open 90 minutes before Magic tipoff unless otherwise specified.
- Venue payments
Kia Center concession and merchandise sales are cashless and accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Orlando Magic app payments.
- Re-entry
Kia Center does not allow re-entry after a guest leaves unless the guest has an unused or unscanned ticket.
