What to Expect
Kia Center sits in downtown Orlando, surrounded by Church Street's entertainment venues and the growing downtown restaurant scene. Orlando's Magic games have a family-friendly, theme-park-adjacent energy, many attendees are tourists visiting the nearby theme parks who add a game to their itinerary. The pregame scene centers on Church Street bars and the downtown dining options. Plan to arrive 60-90 minutes early to explore and watch warm-ups.

Tips & Fan Reports
Make sure you check out Stuff the Magic Dragon during timeouts - he is one of the most entertaining mascots in the NBA. Does insane stunts that you have to see in person.
City Commons garage on Boone Ave and the Jefferson Street garage are your best bets for parking. They fill up fast on game nights so get there early. Street meters are free after a certain time.
Go in hungry. There are a lot of food and snack options at Kia Center. Courtside ticket holders can get in 90 minutes before tip. Check out the Orlando Magic history displays on the 100-level concourse.
Several products offer additional standing-room tickets for Magic games — 8 with Founders, 10 with the Disney Terrace and Hardwood Suites, 14 with Silver Suites, 20 with Club Hospitality Suites.
Uber and Lyft drop off at the corner of Hughey and Pine Street rather than at the arena doors.
Doors open an hour before the printed time, so downtown Orlando is where the wait happens.
Founders Suites sit 19 rows from the floor with a private VIP lift, which is closer and better served than most suite products anywhere.
One 4.5 by 6.5 by 1 inch clutch is the entire bag allowance for anyone without a medical or parent bag.
SunRail and LYMMO both serve downtown, but the arena names no station for either — check LYNX's own map before you travel.
Pre-paid parking closes at 5 p.m. the day before — there is no booking it on the morning of the game.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.

- Venue policies
Current Kia Center accessibility, A-Z, FAQ, and parking pages plus official Orlando Magic game-day guidance reviewed for Magic policies.
Not yet checked against a published source
These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
- Ticket prices — Secondary market averages (SeatGeek/StubHub)
- Parking prices — Never checked against a published rate: the venue's parking page, read 2026-09-05, publishes none — the arena's two garages are sold through Ticketmaster and the box office without a figure, and the city's first-come lots 'vary from $10-$20'. The 2026-07-27 figures were compiled from third-party listings (was: "Kia Center 2026: $9-$40 across official lots and surrounding garages, GEICO Garage closest with a covered walkway").
