- Bag policy
Bags are prohibited, except for one clutch no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 x 1 inches and medical or parent bags no larger than 14 x 14 x 6 inches.

- Re-entry
Kia Center does not allow re-entry after a guest leaves unless the guest has an unused or unscanned ticket.

- Prohibited items
Prohibited items include backpacks and noncompliant bags, bottles and cans, coolers, outside food or drink, weapons, drugs, drones, fireworks, balloons, laptops, lasers, flashlights, noisemakers, recording gear, professional cameras, recreation equipment, oversized or pole-mounted signs, wrapped gifts, and strollers.

- Magic games also prohibit GoPros, selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, optical-illusion items, and clothing or signs with explicit or derogatory content. Security may reject other unsafe items.
- First aid
First Aid locations are on the Terrace Level near Section 118 and the Promenade Level near Section 230.

- Nursing and lactation
A free Mamava lactation pod for nursing or pumping is on the east Terrace Level near Section 116.

A child shorter than 36 inches may enter a Magic game without a ticket when seated on an adult's lap; anyone 36 inches or taller needs a ticket.

What the day looks like at Kia Center, hour by hour.
Arrive in downtown Orlando
Park in an arena garage or take the free LYMMO bus. Explore Church Street's bars and restaurants or walk along Orange Avenue.
Pregame dining
Grab dinner at Wall Street Plaza, Tin & Taco, or one of the Church Street restaurants. Cuban food and craft beer are the moves.
Doors open
Enter the arena and explore the concourse. Check out the Magic team store and the interactive fan zones.
Find your seat
Settle in for the Magic's blue-themed intro show and player introductions. Stuff the Magic Dragon entertains early arrivals.
Game time
Magic games have a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with solid production values. Tourist visitors add a unique energy. Total game time is about 2-2.5 hours.
Halftime break
Hit the concourse for Cuban sandwiches or local craft beer. The upper-level stands have shorter lines.
Post-game scene
Walk to Church Street or Wall Street Plaza for post-game bars and nightlife. Orlando's downtown scene is compact and walkable.
