- Bag policy
Bags and purses must not exceed 10 x 6 x 2 inches and are searched at entry.

What the day looks like at Kaseya Center, hour by hour.
Arrive at the waterfront
Park at the arena garage or take the Metromover. Explore Bayside Marketplace and the waterfront restaurants along Biscayne Bay.
Pregame dining
Grab dinner at Bayside's restaurants, or walk to Brickell for upscale dining. Cuban food is the pregame move in Miami.
Doors open
Enter the arena and explore the concourse. The bay views from the upper-level concourse are spectacular at sunset.
Find your seat
Settle in for the Heat's fire-themed intro and player introductions. The arena fills in waves. Don't be surprised by empty seats at tip-off.
Game time
Heat games have a nightclub energy, pounding bass, dramatic lighting, and a crowd that peaks in the second half. The 'White Hot' playoff atmosphere is elite. Total game time is about 2-2.5 hours.
Halftime break
Hit the concourse for Cuban sandwiches or empanadas. The waterfront concourse is worth the walk for the bay views.
Post-game scene
Walk to Bayside Marketplace or Brickell for late-night dining and nightlife. Miami's post-game scene lasts well into the early morning.
Tips & Fan Reports
Be in your seat before tipoff so you can feel the Heat during the pregame intros. Seriously the lights and sound are worth showing up for. The atmosphere is electric for big games.
South Beach is 15 min by Uber/Lyft. Many visitors combine a Heat game with a night on Ocean Drive.
Halftime food lines are shorter in the upper sections. The 100-level concourse gets packed.
Dress code is casual but Miami fans trend fashionable. You'll see more designer brands than team jerseys.
Miami traffic is brutal. Leave extra time or use the Metromover (free!) to avoid the Biscayne Boulevard gridlock.
The Metromover is free and loops downtown Miami - use it to avoid traffic from Brickell or the Arts District.
Biscayne Bay waterfront is gorgeous at sunset. Arrive early for a walk along the water before heading inside.

Kaseya Center is indoor, so these are the conditions for the parking lot and the walk in, not the seats.
