Kaseya Center reflects Miami's diverse food culture, Cuban sandwiches, empanadas, and tropical cocktails sit alongside classic arena fare. The arena has increased its local vendor partnerships, and the concession options are above-average for the NBA. Outside the arena, Bayside Marketplace and the Brickell neighborhood offer world-class dining within walking distance. Expect Miami-level pricing. This is one of the more expensive arena food experiences.
Tips & Fan Reports
Lots of great food places within a 10 minute walk of Kaseya Center so eat before you go in. The arena food is fine but the neighborhood has better options for less money.
The Cuban Sandwich is the must-try regional food, inside the arena or at Versailles before the game.
Mobile ordering is available via the Heat app for faster pickup.
Bayside Marketplace restaurants are better value than arena prices and have waterfront views.
Mojitos are available throughout the arena, Miami is one of the few NBA cities with great cocktail options at games.
The waterfront concourse on the upper levels has the best views, worth the walk even if you're in the lower bowl.
CVI.CHE 105 downtown is a must-visit if you love Peruvian food. Go before or after the game.

Kaseya Center is cashless and accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and member Arena Bucks.
Fee-free reverse ATMs issue prepaid cards next to the Box Office, at Sections 109, 121, and 318, and inside Gate 1A next to the Heat Store.
- Outside food and drink
Outside food and beverages are prohibited at Kaseya Center, along with coolers, bottles, cans, and other containers.
The current public rules do not list a sealed-water or medically necessary food exception.
- Dietary options
Fit Cart Vegan Plus at Section 105 serves vegetarian and vegan dishes, and JRK! at Section 117 offers a vegan jerk bowl.
The general-concourse guide does not currently publish gluten-free labels or an allergy-contact procedure.
- Alcohol sales cutoff
Alcohol sales end at the close of the third quarter during Miami Heat home games.
Guests must be at least 21 with valid government-issued identification, and purchases are limited to two alcoholic drinks per person per transaction.

The North and South Lounges are deliberately omitted: the page states both are closed through the summer for renovation and reopen in October before the 2026-27 season. No item prices are published; the page quotes only bundle deals (a $40 hot dog combo, a $60 pizza combo, a $15 Burnie Kids Meal), which are not basket items and were not used.
