Yankee Stadium has invested heavily in food options beyond the standard ballpark fare. You'll find New York classics, pizza, sausage and peppers, lobster rolls, alongside global options like City Wok noodle bowls and Mighty Quinn's BBQ. Prices are premium (it's the Yankees), but the quality is above average for MLB. The surrounding Bronx neighborhood offers Arthur Avenue's legendary Italian food just a short ride away, and River Avenue's bars and street vendors provide cheaper alternatives right outside the gates.
Tips & Fan Reports
The lobster roll moved upmarket: King's Hawaiian's Angry Lobster Roll at Sections 115 and 334 is the real-lobster play, still cheaper than Manhattan.
Arthur Avenue (Bronx's Little Italy) is a 10-minute rideshare and has better Italian food than anything in Manhattan. Worth the pregame trip.
Mighty Quinn's BBQ brisket sandwich is the best single food item inside the ballpark. Lines are long. Go during batting practice.
Street vendors on River Avenue sell sausage and peppers for $6-8, half the price of inside the ballpark.
Frozen margaritas are massive and potent, one is usually enough for a full game.
The food court behind Section 105 (Great Hall level) has the widest selection. Upper deck options are more limited.
