- The ballpark is at One Citizens Bank Way in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. The ticket office is at the First Base Gate entrance on Pattison Avenue, with extra windows on Citizens Bank Way for home games, and premium ground transport drops off directly on Phillies Drive. - Ride the B, formerly the Broad Street Line, south to NRG Station — the last stop, at Broad and Pattison, about a seven-minute walk from the ballpark. Trains run every eight to 10 minutes or better and take about 15 minutes from City Hall on a local. A one-way fare is $2.90, payable by contactless card or phone, by a Quick Trip from a station kiosk, or with a reloadable SEPTA Key card costing $4.95. Children under twelve ride free. All Regional Rail lines, the L, and many trolley and bus routes connect to the B, and Bus Routes 4 and 17 also serve the ballpark.

- Uber/Lyft drop-off on Pattison Avenue near the main entrance. Post-game, walk to Xfinity Live! for faster pickup. 15-25 minutes from Center City depending on Broad Street traffic.
