Park in the Third Base Parking lot and get there at least 30 minutes before game starts. Easy in, easy out. Do not get the pizza from the Worlds Best Pizza stand - it is not.
Cooking is prohibited in garages; grilling is limited to surface lots behind the vehicle.

What the pass covers, what gets turned away, and the lots that run on their own rules.
Your Pass
- Buy only from the Marlins. Prepaid passes bought through third-party platforms are not valid here and can earn you a citation or an invoice in the post. Use the MLB Ballpark app or marlins.com/parking and nothing else.
- Parking runs on a free-flow model with your licence plate as the credential. Nothing is scanned and no payment is collected at the entrance; you drive in and find a space.
- If you prepaid, you must still activate the session in the MLB Ballpark app on the day and add your plate. Skipping that step can result in an invoice by mail even though you paid.
- If you did not prepay, pay and register your plate using the QR code on the signage around the facilities.
- Buying in advance saves $5 on the daily rate and is the only way to guarantee an on-site space. Rates are dynamic, so they move with demand.
- Spaces are not pre-assigned and police direct arriving traffic to whichever facility suits conditions. Arriving early improves your chances of a particular garage but guarantees nothing.
- Four garages sit on the north and south sides and six surface lots on the east and west.
- Marlins Members' reserved parking in the Home Plate, First Base and Third Base garages is held until 30 minutes before first pitch, then released first come, first served.
- Valet runs only at the Home Plate Garage on the north side, opening 2.5 hours before first pitch. Approach from the corner of NW 7th Street and NW 15th Avenue and follow the valet signage.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is not concentrated in one garage here: every parking facility at the ballpark carries a full set of ADA spaces, and they are bought like any other pass.

Bus & Limo Parking
Buses park on the street north of West Lot 3 rather than in the ballpark facilities.
- Bus parking is on NW 5th Street between 16th and 17th Avenue, along the north side of West Lot 3 at 1680 NW 5th Street.
- Buy bus parking in advance. Like car parking, it is dynamically priced.
Getting There
loanDepot park is reachable by more distinct transit modes than any other venue in this data: Metrorail, Tri-Rail, eight bus routes, a trolley and an intercity train with its own game-day service. Brightline's HOME RUNNER runs from as far as Orlando and includes a free shuttle from MiamiCentral. Parking is free-flow and read by licence plate, so there is no pass to scan on the way in.
- Driving
- Four parking garages border the ballpark on its north and south sides and six surface lots sit east and west, all free-flow: your licence plate is the credential, so nothing is scanned at the entrance. Marlins Members' reserved parking is in the Home Plate Garage at 1502 NW 7th Street, the First Base Garage at 1502 NW 4th Street and the Third Base Garage at 1402 NW 7th Street, held until 30 minutes before first pitch.
- Public Transit
- Two Miami-Dade Metrorail stops sit within a mile of the ballpark, Culmer and Civic Center. Tri-Rail connects via the Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre Station to MiamiCentral Station. Eight other Metrobus routes and the City of Miami Trolley Route also serve it. Brightline runs a HOME RUNNER train from Broward, Palm Beach, Boca, Aventura and Orlando into MiamiCentral, with a complimentary round-trip shuttle to the ballpark included in that ticket, departing about 10 minutes after each train arrives.
- Rideshare
- Rideshare pickups at loanDepot park, Brightline shuttles included, are at East Lot 1, 1380 NW 6th Street, and the apps direct riders there. The Marlins suggest leaving by the Third Base or Center Field Entrance and reaching the lot from NW 14th Avenue at NW 5th Street. The taxi stand is on NW 16th Avenue between NW 5th Street and NW 6th Street.
