Tips & Fan Reports
What fans who park here actually do, and what it cost them.
Take transit, Muni, Caltrain, or the Bay Ferry. San Francisco parking is expensive and stressful.
Post-game traffic on 3rd Street and the Embarcadero is slow. Walk or take Muni.
If driving, pre-book Lot A online. It's the only lot within a block of the gates.
Mission Bay garages are the best value, 20-minute waterfront walk to the ballpark.
The SF Bay Ferry from Oakland/Alameda docks right at the ballpark, the most scenic arrival in MLB.

Parking Rules
What the pass covers, what gets turned away, and the lots that run on their own rules.
Your Pass
- Street meters near Oracle Park run on a special-event rate of $13 per hour as of July 1, 2026.
- Meters are enforced Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 10 pm, and from noon to 10 pm on Sundays when an event is scheduled.
- The event rate window follows first pitch: a game before 3 pm sets it from noon to 6 pm, a game between 3 and 6 pm sets it from 3 pm to 10 pm, and a game after 6 pm sets it from 6 pm to 10 pm.
- Oracle Park's event zone is bounded by King, The Embarcadero, Bryant, 5th, Berry, China Basin and 3rd.
- The zone bounded by China Basin, Terry A Francois, Mariposa and 7th is triggered by an event at either Oracle Park or Chase Center, so a Warriors game alone will raise the meters there.
- Meters carry either a four-hour limit or no limit depending on the block, whether or not a game is on. A four-hour meter will not cover a long game, so read the sign before you leave the car.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.
- Parking guidance
SFMTA special-event parking regulations for Oracle Park: meter rate, enforcement hours, the event-triggered rate window, and the affected street zones.
- Venue policies
Oracle Park policy, accessibility, gameday, food, bag-storage, parking, and mobile-ticket guidance reviewed for entry, family, payment, food, and accessibility rules.
Not yet checked against a published source
These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
