Getting to Busch Stadium
St. Louis Cardinals · St. Louis, MO
Busch Stadium's directions page carries something almost no other venue publishes: a live road-closure bulletin sitting above the routes, naming which ramps and bridges are shut this week. Seven routes are published, most funnelling to Exit 40A and a right onto Clark Street. Transit is absent, which is notable given the MetroLink station a few blocks away that the Blues' arena page documents in detail.
Tips & Fan Reports
From I-70 East the exit is 249C, signed for the Convention Center, Broadway and Busch Stadium together.
Most published routes converge on Exit 40A toward Stadium/Tucker Blvd, then a right onto Clark Street.
Clark Street closes between the stadium and Ballpark Village, and after events 8th Street from Gratiot to Clark shuts for pedestrians.
Coming from I-64 East you need two exits in quick succession, 40B then 39C.
The directions page carries a live traffic alert listing current ramp and bridge closures — read it the week of your game, not before.
