Wheelchair escorts are available from every gate for transportation to and from a guest's seat.
Para Transpo drop-off and pick-up is at Gate 3 on the south side of Canadian Tire Centre.

Accessible seats can be purchased as a single seat or in pairs, up to four total tickets, to include companions or support people.
A guest arriving with a standard ticket who needs an accessible seat should visit the Box Office just inside Gate 1; relocation is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

KultureCity sensory bags can be signed out free at the Guest Services Booth at the 200 Level Gate 1 entrance.
Quiet areas are at Gates 2 and 3 and behind Guest Services outside Section 201; arrange access through Guest Services in advance or during the event.
Canadian Tire Centre does something most arenas do not: its Molson Canadian Fan Deck, between sections 214 and 216, is premium seating that anyone may buy through Ticketmaster rather than a membership-gated room. It sells two formats there: Bar Top Loges, private four-person table-tops available on half and full season packages, and VIP Seats in leather in sections 214-216. Alongside it the arena runs Club Bell, the Brookstreet Lounge and The Loft. Prices are Canadian dollars.
