Park somewhere else and take the light rail. Closest parking ramps are $10-15. After the game Uber was only $23 including surge.
There are plenty of options for pregame drinks and food within walking distance of the stadium no matter what the weather. Check the Vikings website for the bag information before you go.
Both METRO Blue and Green Lines stop at U.S. Bank Stadium Station.
Accessible spaces are available in all surrounding lots and ramps, with parking staff directing guests.
There is no published driving route: follow the signage, which is updated to show which lots have space.
The same two lines serve Target Field, so one ticket covers a trip taking in both venues.

Getting There
U.S. Bank Stadium has its own light rail stop, served by both METRO lines, the same pair that serve Target Field a mile away, which makes Minneapolis unusually well connected for two venues in one downtown. The stadium publishes no driving route, relying instead on highway and street-level signage to route arriving traffic to whichever lot has space.
- Driving
- The stadium is at 401 Chicago Avenue. It publishes no interstate route or exit: the guidance is that highway and street-level directional signage displays parking lot options as you approach, and to use a mapping app for the route itself.
- Public Transit
- The METRO Blue and Green Lines both run directly to the U.S. Bank Stadium Station from Minneapolis, St. Paul and Bloomington. Metro Transit also runs more than 123 interconnected bus routes across the Twin Cities, with main routes reaching the stadium and downtown Minneapolis directly.
- Rideshare
- Rideshare drop-off and pickup are on 9th Avenue South between 6th Street South and 7th Street South, and on 3rd Street between Park Avenue and Portland Avenue. Taxis queue for pickup on Park Avenue South between 5th Street South and 6th Street South. There is no pickup or drop-off within the 100-foot perimeter of U.S. Bank Stadium.
