U.S. Bank Stadium's food program celebrates Minnesota's hearty culinary traditions and Scandinavian heritage. The Jucy Lucy, a cheese-stuffed burger that's been a Minneapolis legend since the 1950s, is the signature stadium item. Minnesota hot dish (the state's beloved casserole), walleye (the state fish), and wild rice soup reflect the region's comfort-food culture. Craft beer from Minnesota's booming brewery scene is well-represented with selections from Surly, Summit, Indeed, and other local favorites. Outside the stadium, the North Loop and Mill District offer some of the best dining in the Midwest.
Tips & Fan Reports
The pregame DJ show gets extremely loud - pack earplugs. The food is solid for stadium food though. Try Kramarczuk's or Revival Chicken - best options in the building by far.
Minnesota craft beer is excellent. Look for Surly Furious, Summit Extra Pale Ale, and Indeed Day Tripper at stadium bars.
The Jucy Lucy is the must-try at U.S. Bank Stadium, a cheese-stuffed burger that's a Minneapolis institution. Let it cool before biting into it.
Lefse wraps (Norwegian flatbread filled with savory ingredients) are a Scandinavian heritage nod you'll only find here.
