Park on the street in the residential neighborhoods near Lambeau and walk. Locals are friendly and it's a religious experience walking to the stadium with other fans.

Bring corrugated cardboard or rent stadium seat cushions. The aluminum benches at Lambeau will freeze your backside off in late season games. Layers on the bottom matter more than the top.

Leave plenty early. You want to be at Lambeau about 2 hours before kickoff, earlier if you want parking closer to the stadium. The highways back up fast.

Park at the Green Bay Plaza and take the free Lambeau Leap bus. Saves money and avoids the post-game parking lot nightmare.

Seats are tight at Lambeau, especially when it gets cold and everyone is wearing bulky clothing. I prefer about 15 rows up between the 40s on the Packers sideline. High enough to see everything but still close.

Some bars near Lambeau give you free parking and then hand you a restaurant gift card for the amount when the game ends. You warm up, eat pizza, and wait for traffic to clear.

Shell out the $60 to park in the lot right across from Lambeau. Everyone tailgates there and it is great. The less you have to walk the more you have to pay. Lawn parking for $20 is not too far though.

If coming up I-43, Denmark has a brand new hotel and is only a 20-minute drive to Lambeau. Local country bars have Friday fish frys and some offer cheap shuttles to the game.

The Atrium opens four to six hours before kickoff depending on game time for ticketed guests, with the Packers Hall of Fame, the Pro Shop and 1919 Kitchen & Tap — the warm option on a December kickoff.
