Know Before You Go
- Bag policy
Permitted bags include a clear bag no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches, a one-gallon clear freezer bag, and a non-clear bag no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches.
The small non-clear bag may be carried with an approved clear bag; all belongings remain subject to screening.
- Bag storage
Lambeau Field does not direct guests to a bag-check service; noncompliant bags and other prohibited items must be returned to a vehicle or will be confiscated and discarded.
- Gate opening
All Lambeau Field stadium gates open two hours before kickoff.
The Atrium has separate earlier access rules for ticketed guests, which vary for afternoon and evening games.
- Mobile tickets
All guests must use a mobile ticket to enter Packers home games at Lambeau Field.
Download or save the ticket before approaching the listed gate and keep the phone charged.
- Re-entry
There is no exit and re-entry for afternoon games; evening games allow a limited pregame Atrium exit only when the ticket is exit-scanned at the American Family Insurance Gate between six and four hours before kickoff.
Leaving outside that evening window, or leaving without the required exit scan, invalidates re-entry.
- Prohibited items
Lambeau Field prohibits weapons, coolers, strollers, wagons, umbrellas, outside food and drinks, noisemakers, selfie sticks, video cameras, and oversized camera lenses, among other items.
Review the live carry-in policy before travel because security rules may change by game.
- First aid
First Aid stations are under Section 133, near Section 330, and by the elevators on Level 4 in the Potawatomi Sportsbook Gate lobby.
For urgent help, contact the nearest security employee, call stadium security at 920-569-7400, or call 911.
- Nursing and lactation
Private nursing rooms are in the main Atrium and on the fourth-floor club level; family restrooms also have chairs and outlets.
Nursing pumps and bottles may enter after screening, but coolers and glass are not permitted.
- Family restrooms
Family restrooms are near Sections 111, 134, and premium Section 431, plus on Atrium Levels 4 through 7 in the south end.
An adjustable adult changing table is inside the family restroom on Atrium Level 1.
- Tickets for children
Every guest, including babies, must have a ticket to enter Lambeau Field on game day.
- Guest services
Fan Assistance is available at the Atrium desk, under Sections 109 and 353, and at club and suite concierge desks.
For game-day conduct or security help, text the problem and location to 920-645-2300.
- Service animals
Only service animals are permitted at Lambeau Field.
Exit and re-entry for an animal relief break must be arranged with a police officer at the time of entry.
- Smoking and vaping
Smoking, smokeless tobacco, and electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the Atrium, stadium bowl, and concourses, with no designated smoking area inside.
Guests may not exit and re-enter to smoke.

Lots Open for Tailgating
Official lots and residential yards open for tailgating. The party starts immediately, brats hit the grill and Spotted Cow starts flowing.
Explore Titletown District
Visit the Titletown District for restaurants, the Packers Pro Shop, and interactive games. TitleTown is bustling with fans.
Gates Open
Head inside to explore the Lambeau Field Atrium, grab cheese curds, and find the Lambeau Leap wall.
Player Warmups
Players take the field. Head to the north end zone to see the Lambeau Leap wall up close.
Find Your Seats
Get settled with a brat and a Spotted Cow. The pregame video and shareholder flag presentation are worth being seated for.
Game Time
Go Pack Go! Join 81,441 fans in the cathedral of football. The noise, the history, the Frozen Tundra, there's nothing like it in sports.
Exit Strategy
Traffic clears in 30-60 minutes. Many fans continue tailgating post-game. Walk to Titletown District bars or nearby establishments.
Tips & Fan Reports
Bring corrugated cardboard or rent stadium seat cushions. The aluminum benches at Lambeau will freeze your backside off in late season games. Layers on the bottom matter more than the top.
Leave plenty early. You want to be at Lambeau about 2 hours before kickoff, earlier if you want parking closer to the stadium. The highways back up fast.
Shell out the $60 to park in the lot right across from Lambeau. Everyone tailgates there and it is great. The less you have to walk the more you have to pay. Lawn parking for $20 is not too far though.
December and January games can be 0 degrees with wind chill. Hand warmers, toe warmers, ski goggles, chemical heat packs - bring all of it. People are not exaggerating.
Dress for extreme cold, Green Bay is the coldest stadium in the NFL. Late-season games are brutally cold with harsh wind.
Visit the Packers Hall of Fame in the Lambeau Field Atrium. It's open on game days and well worth the time.
Lambeau Field is a pilgrimage. Walk the Lambeau Field Atrium, visit the Packers Hall of Fame, and touch Curly Lambeau's statue. This place is sacred ground.
Bring hand warmers, toe warmers, and chemical heat packs for any game after October. You'll need every one of them.
The Lambeau Leap is a real thing and you might catch a player jumping into your section. Sections 101-135 in the south end zone are where it happens.
Parking is cashless on gamedays, at $50 for general parking.
Before the Game
Tailgating is permitted in the Lambeau Field stadium lots, and Green Bay is one of the few clubs that writes the rules down in detail. The detail is unusually strict: a setup has to fit the 9 by 6 foot space directly behind your own vehicle. Lots open three hours before kickoff and gates two hours, and everything must be broken down before you walk in. Charcoal and propane are fine; wood fires and turkey fryers are not. The thing to settle before you plan anything is where you are actually parking, because every lot surrounding the stadium is sold out to season parking-pass holders, which leaves a reserved single-game space, the residential streets, or Titletown across the way, where the club permits no tailgating at all.

In the east side parking lot, open from three hours before kickoff through kickoff, with a live band plus food and beverage service. The organised alternative if you have no lot space of your own.

Titletown District
The Packers-built district beside the stadium, holding Lodge Kohler, Hinterland and other restaurants. Tailgating is not permitted in its lots, including Lot 15. The club-operated venues here (46 Below, The Turn, Ariens Hill) are cashless and restricted to ticketed guests before games, though some other businesses stay open to everyone.

Pregame Rules
What Lambeau Field allows before the game, and what it does not.
- Tailgating is allowed in Lambeau Field lots, but not in Titletown lots.
- Your tailgating set-up must be contained within the 9 x 6 foot space directly behind your parked vehicle.
- Grill cooking with charcoal or propane gas is permitted. Grills must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult and be fully extinguished before being left unattended.
- No recreational wood fires are allowed, nor are turkey fryers.
- Tailgating setup must be broken down before leaving your vehicle, and tailgating ends at kickoff in all stadium-controlled lots.
- Alcohol cannot be brought into or out of the stadium, and sales inside are limited to two per customer per purchase.
- Coolers, umbrellas, wagons, strollers and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the stadium.
- Bags must be clear and under 12" x 6" x 12", or non-clear and under 4.5" x 6.5".
