Tips & Fan Reports
What fans who park here actually do, and what it cost them.
For an authentic Tampa experience, park in the neighborhood southeast of Raymond James (east of Himes Ave, north of Columbus). Locals are friendly - a bit of Spanish helps.
Try to get a VIP parking lot pass - usually $30-40. Buy ASAP because they sell out. You get on the road way faster after the game compared to general lots.
Pre-purchase official lot passes through the Buccaneers app or Ticketmaster for guaranteed premium spots.
The Tampa Bay Downs shuttle is the smartest parking move, $20 to park with a free shuttle ride to the stadium.
Dale Mabry Highway lots offer the best balance of price and convenience at $25.
Post-game traffic on Dale Mabry is brutal. Consider tailgating after the game or taking a rideshare to avoid the gridlock.
Himes Avenue lots are the tailgating hub. Arrive 3+ hours early for the best spots.
Handicap parking is available in all official lots with a valid placard. Arrive early for the closest spots.

How We Checked This Page
Every section below names the source it was read from and the day it was read. Where we could not reach a published figure, the page says so rather than presenting an estimate as a checked fact.
- Parking guidance
Official Raymond James Stadium getting-here and parking-transportation pages, read 2026-08-14: the full lot roster, first-come-first-served event-day availability, fully cashless and contactless payment, the large-vehicle lots and their entrances, the overnight ban, the Steinbrenner Field drop-off point for rideshare, taxis, buses and limos, first-come accessible parking, and the 2026 parking map. Per-lot prices are not published — the venue states only that they vary by event.
- Venue policies
Raymond James Stadium A-Z, accessibility, policy, mobile-ticket, and Buccaneers gameday pages reviewed for visitor-facing policies.
Not yet checked against a published source
These figures are estimates. Most venues no longer publish the numbers behind them — concession and ticket pricing moved to dynamic marketplaces — so we hold them as estimates rather than dating them as verified.
- Parking prices — Never checked against a published rate: the venue's parking page, read 2026-09-05, publishes none — parking is first-come on event day, cashless, and priced per event on the event page, with no figure on the parking page. The 2026-07-27 figures were compiled from third-party listings (was: "Raymond James Stadium 2026: event parking $25, first come first served; nearby residence lots $16-$20").
