What to Expect

Crypto.com Arena sits in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, anchored by the massive L.A. Live entertainment complex. There's no traditional parking-lot tailgate scene, instead, the pregame experience revolves around the restaurants, bars, and plazas of L.A. Live. Plan to arrive 60-90 minutes early to soak in the DTLA energy, grab dinner, and watch warmups. NBA games run about 2.5 hours, and the post-game restaurant and nightlife scene stays alive well past midnight.

Tips & Fan Reports

Drink a beer in the parking lot before you go in and save yourself $25. Seriously the markup inside is brutal. The cheesesteak fries in the United Club are the best food value by weight if you do eat inside.

CryptoSavings

Doors open 1.5 hours before tipoff for everyone and 2 hours for courtside seats. Go early and visit the team store or just walk around the arena to take photos. LA Live next door has tons of food options.

LALiveWalker

Park at the west garage for easy freeway access to the 110 and 5. Or walk 5 minutes in any direction from the arena and find a spot for half the price. The official lots are a ripoff.

WestGarageTip

The walk is the same from every line: one block west on Pico, right on Figueroa, two blocks north.

Each club is tied to a level, not a price: Yaamava' Club is on Suite Level A, the Amex Lounge on Suite Level B (and only for Amex Platinum and Centurion members).

VYT Research

Premium memberships cover Lakers, Kings and Sparks games plus concerts and family shows, so they are annual products rather than game tickets.

VYT Research

There is no tailgating to plan — it is prohibited across every L.A. LIVE and arena lot.

VYT Research

Every parking lot has its own street address — route to the lot, not the arena.

VYT Research

Medical and parental bags are allowed up to 14x14x6 but go through X-ray, so allow extra time.

VYT Research

Pico Station is the stop, and four rail lines reach it — A, C, D and E.
