Arrive in downtown SLC
Take TRAX to the Arena station or park in the arena lots. Explore the Gateway outdoor mall and the surrounding restaurants.
Pregame dining
Grab dinner at Blue Iguana, Red Rock Brewing, or one of the Main Street restaurants. Utah's food scene has come a long way.
Doors open
Enter the arena and explore the concourse. The Jazz team store has the iconic purple mountain jerseys. Grab a fry sauce burger.
Find your seat
Settle in for the Jazz's intro. The Wasatch mountain backdrop on the video boards sets the tone.
Game time
Jazz fans are passionate and vocal, the arena gets loud for big moments. Utah's high altitude (4,226 feet) gives a slight edge to the home team. Total game time is about 2-2.5 hours.
Halftime break
Hit the concourse for Utah craft beer or a Navajo taco. The concession lines move efficiently.
Post-game scene
Walk to Main Street for bars and restaurants. SLC's downtown bar scene has expanded significantly and stays open until 1 AM.
