- Bag policy
All bags, purses, and diaper bags must be no larger than 14 x 14 x 6 inches and fit under the seat.

- Bags larger than 6 x 9 x 1 inches, including diaper and medical bags, must use the designated X-ray lane. Clear bags are still inspected, and backpacks of any size are prohibited.
- Gate opening
For Monday through Thursday Cavaliers games, general doors open 75 minutes before tipoff and Atrium doors open 90 minutes before.

Settle in and enjoy the Cavs' pregame show. The renovation added massive new video boards.
Game time
The Cavs crowd has grown from the LeBron era into a strong, consistent fan base. Games run about 2-2.5 hours.
Halftime break
Hit the renovated concourse for pierogis, kielbasa, and Great Lakes Brewing beers.
Post-game scene
Walk back to East 4th Street for postgame drinks, or head to the Flats for waterfront nightlife.
Tips & Fan Reports
Aim to arrive an hour before tip-off especially for popular matchups. The arena gets packed fast for big games and you want time to walk the concourse and grab food before the rush.

Progressive Field (Guardians) is next door if you want to catch a doubleheader in the Gateway District.
